Answer:	Standard bag I believe is rated for 200' of 7/16 rope. if you go to Rock-n-rescue's website they have size charts for all there bags.

As bags go, we find them to be as good a quality as any we've used, and we have a lot of rope bags. It's important for anyone ordering climbing or rescue rope to fully investigate the load bearing needs of your equipment as well as the sizes that your accessories (pulleys, ascenders, brakes, etc.) are designed to work with. Ropes used in water are different than ropes used for climbing and on land. A little research will help you avoid avoid spending money on rope equipment that turns out not to be proper. Answer:	NO, this bag is meant to be worn on the right shoulder. I just got one because I believed it could be worn either way. It doesn't lay on my back the way it's supposed to because of how the strap is attached at the bottom of the bag. The only way to wear it on the left shoulder is if you wear the pack on your chest and not your back.
Question:	Does the bag clean well? I am trying to pick out which pattern and am afraid some will really show dirt
Answer:	I have had my kavu pack for over a year now. I regret picking a design that had the ink blot pattern on the bottom. So mainly white. I used to have to hand was my bag once a month. Just dish soap and a fingernail brush. But washes up great like new. Around six months ago I water proofed it using camp dry and I now barely have to wash it ever. Repels dirt like a dream.

I really wanted a cotton one until I found several used cotton sling bags on ebay when I was researching and found they fray in certain areas. Answer:	1 square meter, which in my opinion is a great size, not too big and not too small.
Question:	If needed could this bag fit rope, harness and climbing shoes along with other gear
Answer:	Depends on how much rope and what class harness. I carry 150 of 11mil static rescue rope, two bags of 50-foot, 9mil personal safety rope, some webbing and biners (which slip nicely into the outer pocket at the top of the bag), and spare gloves. The bag is full. Not deep enough for a helmet in any event. If I had shoes and a class 2 harness, perhaps I could squeeze them in, but I'd have to lose one or both of the 50-foot ropes and it probably would stress the bag. It's very low profile.
Question:	Is this weather resistant? Waterproof
Answer:	It's made from water resistant rip stop nylon. It's definitely not waterproof in the sense that you can't submerge it, but it will hold up in all but the worst rain conditions.
Question:	How much rope will fit in bag
Answer:	I use this bag for a 70m long 9.8mm diameter rope, and there is still plenty of room for more rope. It cinches down nice and tight, but it seems like I could almost fit another 70m rope in there if I wanted to.
