Answer:	I have a 2 season thermarest which doesn't fully insulate but certainly helps. The sleeping bag itself compacts beneath you (as is reasonable) but fluffs up quickly as you rotate. In 25°F you may feel a bit of a chill from the ground but if you cinch up the top of the bag your body heat and the down will warm and counteract the cool ground temp. It's a wonderfully warm and comfortable bag. You don't need to layer up at all. A 4 season sleeping pad would eliminate any chill due to compression.

This will cause the bag to be uncomfortable and loss it's ability to properly keep you warm. I've ruined sleeping bags this way years ago as a kid. My front loading washer machine was a "hand washing" setting selection with the option to turn the spin cycle off. I wash the bag twice (once with the soap reservoir about one-third full of HE Laundry Soap and a second hand wash cycle with just water to ensure the sleeping bag is properly rinsed. Use cold water on both washing cycles. Finally, let the bag drip dry on a drying line outdoors or indoors in your laundry room or garage. Make sure to turn the bag inside out after 8 to 12 hours of drying so it can finish drying properly. This washing/drying method keeps my sleeping bags from being ruined. Use a quad size washing machine at your local laundry mat to wash your sleeping bag(s) if your current washing machine is too small to handle this sleeping bag. Air dry on line at home. A tower fan pointed at the sleeping bag while it's on the drying line will help the bag dry much faster. Sleeping bag liners are a great way to help it stay clean. They are sold in cotton, satin, silk and various other materials. I find the silk bags are extremely comfortable. Answer:	No, it is not noisy if you be sure to tell it to be quiet so you can get some sleep. Oaskys are known to produce very intelligent sleeping bags, though. The small lump you might feel at the top of the bag is actually its brain. Before we go camping, we learned we have to remind them not to make noise or talk about the night sky and animal sounds while we are trying to sleep. Oh, wait. The fact that they are soft flannel-like makes a difference, too. Yes, in that respect, they are quiet.

What that rating means is that at 30 degrees, with full pajamas on, this bag will keep you from dying of hypothermia. It will not keep you warm. For any bag's rating you should add 10 degrees to the rating before you'll be what most people consider "comfortable".

Answer:	I would say it is definitely NOT too heavy. In fact, I might be a little concerned about it being too light. I think that when we checked on the "comfort zone" of this bag, it indicated 50 to 70F. If you were to try to sleep where it got less than 50, you would have to have extra "warm-making" stuff. Our little girls (elementary aged) like to get in their bags at night and read sometimes, in our home. I don't think they'd be comfortable if the temps were less than 50 or more than 70 degrees. Answer:	These magnets are being used on a white magnetic / dry erase board, so I couldn’t honestly say if they would scratch a stainless steel surface or not. The magnets themselves are light weight, if anything would scratch the surface it may be the little ones fingernails getting the magnets off the fridge. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Primarily for snorkeling. Didn't want to carry long fins when traveling.

Answer:	Wow! My husband gi into the Cressi # 11 shoes. I would imagine you could fit into the # 12. If it didn’t fit pefectlly, Bring Dr. Scholl’s inserts. That’s what my husband did and he had a ball!! (Always bring 2 Dr. Scholl’s, can’t hurt! Good luck/-enjoy!

Answer:	Technically yes. A standard wash may cause the internal insulating fill material to clump together during the spin cycle. This will cause the bag to be uncomfortable and loss it's ability to properly keep you warm. I've ruined sleeping bags this way years ago as a kid. My front loading washer machine was a "hand washing" setting selection with the option to turn the spin cycle off. I wash the bag twice (once with the soap reservoir about one-third full of HE Laundry Soap and a second hand wash cycle with just water to ensure the sleeping bag is properly rinsed. Use cold water on both washing cycles. Finally, let the bag drip dry on a drying line outdoors or indoors in your laundry room or garage. Make sure to turn the bag inside out after 8 to 12 hours of drying so it can finish drying properly. This washing/drying method keeps my sleeping bags from being ruined. Use a quad size washing machine at your local laundry mat to wash your sleeping bag(s) if your current washing machine is too small to handle this sleeping bag. Air dry on line at home. A tower fan pointed at the sleeping bag while it's on the drying line will help the bag dry much faster. Sleeping bag liners are a great way to help it stay clean. They are sold in cotton, satin, silk and various other materials. I find the silk bags are extremely comfortable. The sporting goods section at your local Walmart should sell cotton sleeping bag liners next to the sleeping bag section. Hope this helps you out. Answer:	No, it is not noisy if you be sure to tell it to be quiet so you can get some sleep. Oaskys are known to produce very intelligent sleeping bags, though. The small lump you might feel at the top of the bag is actually its brain. Before we go camping, we learned we have to remind them not to make noise or talk about the night sky and animal sounds while we are trying to sleep. Oh, wait. The fact that they are soft flannel-like makes a difference, too. Yes, in that respect, they are quiet.
