Answer:	To use this product, you just remove a plastic protector sheet from one side of warm pad. It does not have a sticky side. You just place each pad inside, bottom of your shoe. You can place it inside of your sock, but I don't recommend to use direct contact to your skin. You might feel too hot. I felt too hot through my thin sock on. This pad might be moved around inside of slipper.

Answer:	last time I ordered I got them within a week - but that was before Christmas and with prime - so maybe high depmand now. GOing to order another box because I am running out. MY feet are ALWAYS cold so even if I am home for the day I waer them around the house.

Answer:	Used one package, two pads in a package, in my regular ( non winter) hiking boots for 5 hours of zero degree Fahrenheit temperature hiking. They keep my toes from from being too cold or becoming numb while walking. They aren't thick or big enough in that weather to make your feet feel warm, rather they keep them from hurting. Thin and small enough so you can place the pad under your four small toes in the toe box area without having to walk on it with the ball of your foot and possibly interfere with the fit of your boot. Glad I found this product. Put one on water bladder, remember mildly self adhesive, to keep water from freezing over same five hours. Hope this helps you.
Question:	Would these work under high impact? For example during running
Answer:	Go with the toe warmers with adhesive. They work for both. If you are worried that they will get too hot and not last in gloves then you can try putting them in a small cloth baggie first. I do about 5 mile hikes in the winter from -10 to 30 degrees F no problems with cold toes. I found out that sticking them above your toes works much better than under them. Under you toes they get wet and clumpy and horribly uncomfortable. On top of toes they are great. Stick them directly to the top of your socks above your toes and then put your shoes on like normal. No fussing about trying to stick them in the shoe themselves. I don't bother using them in my gloves as my hands stay plenty warm in my wool gloves. The kind that are wool mittens but you can open the ends if you want like a convertible wool mitten.

Answer:	DO NOT USE ON TODDLERS unsupervised! and seniors with thin more fragile skin. If you are thinking about using them for a age group with thin or tender skin like a toddler or senior, put them in a Pot Holder pouch, this reduces chances of burning, check often, if the skin turns pink, remove as the product needs more padding. It's to hot for that person with out more padding. Each of the different products they make rise to a different heat level. The large 18 hr one reaches up to 140 degrees, and can blister unprotected skin. I use the small hand ones, but I still put them in a Pot Holder pouch. Which in turn I pin in place over the area of my lumbar that hurts, and I can't get fixed. It's like having a 24 hr heating pad. If I didn't use the Hot Hands I would not be mobile, as it reduces the pain level. The smaller hand size do not get as hot as the larger ones. Not tried the ones for feet or that stick to your skin. As a senior, my skin is fragile, so I steer clear of anything that adheres to my skin. Hope my experience with Hot Hands has helped answer your questions. They are safe to use, read the directions though. Be aware of the fragility of the skin of the person who is using them. I can handle the small ones with out padding for a short while with my hands, but to put it on the more tender skin of my back, I use the Pot Holder to mute the heat to a lower level, which makes it just like low on a heating pad that you plug in. The key is the person's skin fragility, because even on low a plug in heating pad can burn a person. Which is why the newer ones have a 2 hr timer in them.If they are going into mittens, you could wrap them in some thing like a wash cloth to mute the amount of heat. Keep checking at area, if it is pink it is going into the burn phase.

Answer:	I have not tried this, but don't see why it wouldn't work.. In mittens you could position the toe warmers to warm your fingers or palms of hands.In gloves, you could only affix to the inner palms of the gloves. Unless you keep your hands in fists and the heat is able to transfer through the thickness of your gloves, your fingers wouldn't be warmed.

Answer:	There are 2 in a package so all you have to use it 2 at a time. ( little hint. If you get really cold, put either a toe warmer or a hand warmer on the back of your neck. You will be amazed on how this helps to keep you warm. Also I have found that you can re-use the hand warmers. Put them in a zip-lock bag and I can use them a few days in a row)

Question:	What are the dimensions of the product
Answer:	Actual changing sureface with standard changing pad pad is 31" off the floor. It's a comfortable counter-height set-up for me at 6'3". I found this piece of furniture to be of quality materials, design and finish--and I do woodworking as a hobby. It did not take any expertise to set it up, relative to assembling anything else these days. We also bought the Stork Craft Venetian crib off Amazon, which was also an amazing quality for the money, and the same price as old used ones on Craigslist.

Answer:	No, it does not slope down. There is a lip that would prevent any liquid spilling over. No matter where I change the baby, I always place a cloth diaper underneath. Makes for very easy clean up. Also, this foam changing pad is very easy to clean. But to answer your question, you should have no issues with liquid.

Answer:	These fit perfectly in my husband's size 10/11 slippers. Not sure they can be cut down to fit size 9. I would call the manufacturer for guidance on this one.
