Answer:	I don't know where you can find replacement mounting brackets, but would be interested in knowing the answer too. The lights are great and work well, but I wish the stakes and post would have been made out of a heavier plastic or even metal as they have not stood up well to the landscapers voracious string trimmer or strong winds, as I had a couple mounted on post on an entryway sign and one had snapped off.

The batteries seem to last for a long time, but I can't say exactly how long because I don't know what kind of batteries you are using or how long it would be on at a time. It has pivot stops at 3-4 positions. I wear it both ways depending if I want the light shining upward (working above my head), or downward (working below my shoulders). If you position the lamp to shine straight outward from your face/head then it doesn't matter which way you wear it with the exception of the orientation of the on/off button. The elastic strap is also adjustable depending on the side of your head.
