Answer:	One description called the surrounding cover a sleeve, so you might look for openings into the interior that do not have zippers, maybe an overlap or velcro. Don't overheat the gell package. That shortens its life. I last bought one 10 years ago for my son with a badly strained back. My original purchase was from a department store Xmas suggestion display 15-20 years ago. Answer:	Only the car. I ended up returning it as it only has one setting - on - and it’s pretty aggressive. There is no slow setting so it was too much to actually leave it on for more than 30 seconds.
