Answer:	Hi, Great question. The mattress is about 20 pounds and come in a box which is 18x14x8. It is possible to get the unit back into the box after use, however most people do not fold it that tightly and keep it in the storage bag which also comes with the unit. Truth be honest though, the Dream Series is designed for indoor use and is not really meant to be used for camping or in the outdoors. The unit has an internal motor that can only be powered with a wall outlet. No external motors or battery operated motors can be used to inflate the mattress. Also, the mattress thickness is designed for a clean, flat indoor surface and is not meant to withstand punctures from rocks and sticks like you would often find on the bottom of or underneath a tent. We are in the process of developing a unit specifically intended for camping but it still being tested and will not be available for purchase for a few more months. We are a family business that prides ourselves on our integrity and when our product is not right for a customer we always try to be upfront, rather than push the sale and potentially have them call us with a problem later on. We wanted to do the same in this case. We hate losing a customer but think you will be better served with an air mattress that is intended for outdoor use. Question:	Could I use this as a permanent bed? I live in a dorm, so portability and comfort is key
Answer:	It's an amazing air mattress for the purpose of limited use; camping, short term bed, visitors, vacation. After about 2 years and probably close to 50 nights slept on it I found it start to leak slowly but i expected this knowing what air mattresses are. I would not recommend it for long term use unless it's 1 or 2 months.

While the real purpose of any air mattress is to be used on a temporary basis, closer to a couple of times a week or month, this mattress will hold up for the continued 2 month use. Any period of time longer than that and you are likely moving beyond the traditional scope of use for the mattress. We do recommend a few tips for using your air mattress including: 1) fulling inflating and deflating the mattress a couple of times after you receive it to allow the composite material to fully stretch out, 2) topping up the mattress every couple of days with 10 - 15 seconds of air. Answer:	agree that the product is miss leading saying it is 35" wide. The sleeping area (inside of side rail to inside of other side rail) is 29.5" i was expecting a 35" sleeping area

Answer:	Absolutely Not. You need two strong adults and a pry bar of 2 or 3 feet to pry the bar into place and just when it is about to snap into place, it goes around the peg onto the other side. You can slide the fabric down a little but to do that you have to break it down and start folding the frame up before the fabric is loose. All of these are not created equal. You can get 10 of them and 2 of them will be easy for a single 10 year old to setup and the other 8 will need one or two adults and a pry bar and one person will nearly smash, cut, or break their finger or hand when it gets pinched between two parts of the frame. This is a very dangerous product - even for those who are very mechanically included.

Answer:	The dimensions list it as 16 inches high for both the twin and queen.

Answer:	I left it inflated for about a week and layed 2 chairs laying down on top of it and it stayed inflated pretty good. It may have lost a little bit of air, but not too much. Tested it for a future camping plans. It looks pretty big though for camping. Still kept it though for future guests.

Answer:	I would assume there has been a greater demand for the gray therefore the price is higher. I have the blue and it's a very nice color.
Question:	Is this the size of a crib sheet? or regular twin sheets? i've never heard or seen tri folding sheets? where can i find sheets for this specific item
Answer:	It is as long as a twin bed but much more narrow. Crib sheets would be too small. I’m using twin sheets but there’s a lot of excess on the sides.
Question:	Is that mattress Gueen size
Answer:	This was advertised as a twin size when I bought it a few days ago. It's arrived and the listing has been changed and the photo removed...someone else likely complained. But it is a SINGLE at 25" wide, NOT a 38" wide twin.
Question:	Does it bottom out on hard floor
Answer:	Yes it does. If it is on a good carpet, it probably does ok. BUT on a hard floor it isn't thick enough. Maybe if you bought two it would be ok but one on a hard wood floor is very uncomfortable.

1.Place the carry bag horizontally on the ground and take out all contents.

2.Unwrap the two Velcro tapes and extend the frame, while remaining on the ground.

3.Flip open the cot to standing position.

Step 2

Slide the bar through the pocket at the logo side.

Note: Be sure to install the bar on the side of the logo first.

Step 3

The notch of bars is fit over the button on the cot and can be pushed down to lock in place.

Note: Please pay attention to the direction of the notch.

Step 4

1.Slide the other bar through the pocket at the foot of the cot.

2.Connect the bar to the opposite side of the handle.

Note: There is latch handle on the sidebars near the ends. Assembly with the handle in the “loose” position.

Step 5

Push down the bar to lock in place.

Turn the handle out to lock.

The lock is completely locked.

Question:	How much weight can it support
Answer:	I weigh about 275 lbs at 5'6 with no problems. Add a 12 lb. dog to this and we were fine. i watched a YouTube video and the man looked like he was 300lbs. So should be fine holding up with no problems. I would recommend a memory foam for padding. The air mattress seemed to take up more space than necessary. Hope this answer your questions.
