Answer:	It's Lavendin: Dutch Lavender. It's know for it's terpine content, mostly camphor, which gives it a strong, bitter fragrance similar to that of rosemary. If you want the sweet kind, look for English lavender, aka Lavender 40/42.
Question:	I'm confused... is this a huge bottle or a 1oz bottle? Label says huge 1 oz bottle. doesn't seem big to me
Answer:	Having worked at Pharmaca for many years, most essential oils come in either 0.25 oz, or a .33 oz bottle, So one ounce of a pure essential oil is kind of considered a huge bottle.

Answer:	For bugs, ants, mice, spiders..6 i0 gtts of peppermint oil..couple of drops of dawn dish soap and water un spray bottle. I use the brown glass BPA freeones because I like the glass for as much as I am going to use them. (on Amazon, Sally's). ..Spray the intake vents (start at lower ratio to make sure you are okay with it..bugs require very little..google about it.basements areas wherever you see webs..spray window edges.. and spray outside ground the house..3 feet from ground up on foundation.. Spray the QVC pipes that take in air..near outdoor windows..cracks,holes where mice might squeeze into. Gone!! And smells clean. I am spraying every 5-7 days..not sure what is advised..read about it...but will try the lavender mix although peppermint is well hated by bugs, mice , etc. Happy to just use essential oil to take care of the problem! Had 2 spiders thru the vent for the first time in my life!! So scared even thou small yikes!! No more! (Screen came off intake QVC pipe! Scary!!!) I love peppermint..Now..lavender for me!

Answer:	It is not right to show a picture of a 4oz bottle when the listing is for a 1 oz bottle, I don't give a fig how good it is. It is visually misleading and should be changed. And even if their 1 oz bottle is manufactured to appear as a 4 oz bottle in photos it is still misleading. For that would mean the cap on a 1 oz bottle would be pretty small if it were as the photo shows.

Answer:	As i always mix tea tree along with peppermint, lemon, sweet orange and grapefruit essential oils into a some orange blossom water as my deodorant... i never noticed how weak this product is until i used a drop directly on a insect bite. I felt nothing. It smell like tea tree though.

Question:	Can this oil be taken internally. I know young living oils can but to expensive for me to buy
Answer:	Real frankincense does NOT cost $9.99. You get what you pay for. This should not be taken internally, and I would not apply to my skin, inhale, or diffuse this product either. I use doTERRA, and I use that brand exclusively for a reason. Don't hesitate to contact me if you would like more information. I would be happy to share some of the science behind essential oils and WHY only certain oils are safe for internal use.
Question:	Are the oils diluted
Answer:	It is NOT 100% pure. (well perhaps the frankincense part is 100% pure but that pure volital oil was mixed with a carrier). The carrier remains behind when the essential oil has evaporated, it is mostly still there by volume. I have no diffuser, I use a gently warmed very small copper cup. I loose noting to tubes and stick, it's all there. Most oils leave a very thing film or residue when they finally evaporate (with almost no smell at all, I have a very well developed sense of smell). It is certainly genuine, but it IS mostly carrier. I have no idea what the carrier is.
Question:	how are the different ways your oils can be used? can they be warmed in a candle light warmer? how is it best applied to body
Answer:	The best way to apply to the body is to add a few drops to unscented lotion. The best way to use in a warmer is to make a candle by melting paraffin, add a few drops of the oil, pour into a container and let it harden. Then use it on your warmer.
Question:	Can you please tell me all the ingredients? Or is it really 100% oil
Answer:	According to current American laws, it can contain up to 3% of whatever that constituent might be, and still be called "100% pure". There is no gas spectrometry photo, as noted in the description, but regardless, you only get the signature of an ingredient in the alloted time span, and lots of other things can show up along the way. They won't be showing anyone the entire scan, and they won't be showing you anything else that could show up later (past the oil identification) in an analysis. The FDA DOES issue some companies purity labels and thus some oils can be taken internally. It doesn't appear as though this company is one of them. I would never in a million years, having practiced Aromatherapy since 1973, believe that 30mL of Frankincense would cost under ten bucks. I would have a hard time believing it would be priced under fifty-bucks. Ever. It's amusing to read the listings though, to see how sellers wiggle around the facts...

Question:	Is this Boswelia Carteri and is it steam distilled
Answer:	If your bottle says "Boswellia Sacra" (the highest grade and most $ species of Frankincense) at $16.99 for 4 whole ounces??? Something definitely smells fishy here! Can't believe you can even get 100% pure Boswellia Carteri in organic for that price and amount. I'd wager that this is diluted with carrier oil but that whatever percentage of Boswellia oil that IS in this bottle may be 100% pure.... it's just that it's not 4 ounces of Boswellia oil of any type. Could be there's only 10% Boswellia Oil in the bottle and that that 10% is 100% pure, so they can legally make that claim.
Question:	Can i put this directly on the skin? can i make a moisturizer or other diy products with this? topical
Answer:	Yes, you can. But you want to mix it with a carrier oil, like almond or jojoba oil. Personally I like to mix it with coconut oil. If you go on you tube, and ask for Uses for Frankincense essential oils, you will find really good recipes. One thing I heard that a persons brain tumor was cured by rubbing straight Frankincense oil on the portion of the head. good stuff

Answer:	i believe this smells like frankensense. i do not know if it smells like the incense in a catholic church. the essential oils each smell different. some are from flowers and some from trees.

Answer:	Actually, there is no such thing as a "certified pure therapeutic grade" essential oil. With regard to essential oils, that particular phrase was coined by doTerra. There's also no such thing as a "therapeutic grade" essential oil, because there's no governing body or agency to issue grades or standards where essential oils are concerned. These types of labels often convince buyers that a particular oil has been through some sort of certification process set by the industry, or the government. It gives the appearance that the oils of one company might be of a higher quality than oils from other companies. No doubt some of the companies who label their products thusly, may very well use stringent and exacting standards, but the use of these phrases offers no guarantee of quality. The FDA has issued warning letters to many essential oil companies regarding their claims, and those letters are readily available online. I'm not implying some of the products with these, or similar labels, aren't good products, I'm just saying each person might want to do their own research, and find their own trusted sources.If you want to understand what you're buying, and what the claims mean, doing your own research, and finding your own trusted sources of information will insure you're satisfied with the quality of the product. Some of the companies selling essential oils, such as doTerra and Young Living, are Multi Level Marketing companies. The companies make money through the network of people who sell their products, and in turn, anyone who sells these, and other MLM products, makes profits from their sales, and the sales of anyone they enlist to sell. It's not my call as to whether or not any particular MLM businesses have good or bad products. (Personally, I love some Shaklee nutritional products. I did my research before making that decision, and IMHO the company makes some great products.) I've learned the only way to find the quality of product I am willing to use, buy for my family, and spend our money on, is by doing my own research, and to take the claims any company makes regarding their products with a grain of salt until I've done my own research. I also look into any company that sounds official - who's the parent company of that business, and is it in any way related to what I'm researching?For example, you'd think you could trust a source with the name "The Essential Oils Desk Reference", but because I did my research, I know it's actually published by Young Living - one of the MLM essential oils companies. IMHO, that's a conflict of interest, and I don't want to get my information from that source. IMO, if there's a conflict, it means I'm not going to find unbiased information. I look for information from agencies or companies who don't stand to profit from the sales of a particular brand or brands, and have no connection to any related company - MLM or not. I get my information from businesses like Cropwatch.org. Although Cropwatch.org is an entity within the EU, the standards held by the EU are much more balanced than those in the U.S. I peruse warning letters issued by the FDA to companies - when I want additional info. Both these MLM companies have received such letters, for various reasons, but most pertinent to this issue is their health claims. I generally look at these letters to see if the U.S. is in alignment with the EU. Our government isn't what I consider a truly reliable source - as they're very much in the pockets of large pharmaceutical companies and other big companies - like Monsanto. Until our government quits acting purely from an economical stance, I seek my most reliable information elsewhere when i want to know why ingredients or products have been pulled off the market for safety reasons.
