Question:	Is the torso length adjustable
Answer:	when you apply tape in extensions you use two pieces with a small amount of your hair in between. It's sticky on both sides so that the tape sticks to the extension then the other sticky side sticks to your hair and the other extension. Once in place (extension/your hair/extension) you press firmly and use a flatiron (med/high heat) pressing on the tape for a few seconds then pressing with you fingers to bond the tape together. If you want extensions you can take in/out everyday try clip in ones there is no tape so no sticky parts.

Answer:	Yes. In fact all our extension tapes hold up well to water. Hair conditioner can be a challenge to the bond if using too heavy of conditioner with oils etc.

Question:	Do they make any replacement rain tarps? Cause mine is getting some holes in it
Answer:	There are straps underneath the 10 liter attachment as well as on the outside of the 10 liter compartment. So, you can strap a rifle on the outside of it or take the 10 liter compartment off and strap your rifle to the bag directly. The straps are a bit unwieldy for larger and heavier rifles (still usable), but most hunting rifles and AR or AK platform rifles should be completely fine. Also, the first guy's comment was literally boomer-tier lol.
Question:	Where does the hydration pack go in the bag? Is there a compartment for it
Answer:	Mine has a large, full length pocket in the very back and a opening for the hydration tube. There is a Velcro loop for the bladder hook. I keep seeing people say “no” to this question and I always ask myself what product are they commenting about...? Mine is the 65+ and HAS a bladder pocket, Velcro loop for hanging and, an opening for the hose.

Question:	Is it supposed to only have 1 infuser? I ordered the two pack system but it only came with one infuser
Answer:	I bought mine at Costco for the exact same price of this item on Amazon (15 July 2017). Costco has what you have- two pitchers but only one infuser. According to the maker, you're supposed to transfer one pitcher of freshly made cold brew to the other. After transfer, empty, wash and refill the infuser with fresh coffee grounds. Wash and refill the empty pitcher with 3/4 cold-filtered water and then make another batch of cold brew coffee. The overall goal of 2 pitchers and 1 infuser is that you will have cold brew coffee ready to consume now and you're making another pitcher of cold brew to consume later thus never running out of cold brew coffee.

Question:	Can the 2L Hydration bladder be upgraded to a 3L hydration bladder
Answer:	Hello Mark P.! Yes, a 10-inch-wide laptop will fit... but not a 15'' Mac :( in fact I carry my 13'' laptop and it fits, but I don't think it will work for the 15". Hope it helps!
Question:	How wide is its main compartment's mouth? Will it fit a 10-inch-wide laptop (15" Macbook Pro w/ Retina)? Thanks
Answer:	I ordered mine on 4/22/16 and as of 5/18 it has yet to ship. I didn't see anywhere where it said it would take 1 to 2 months to ship, and I have contacted amazon customer service twice to find out what is going on and both times they said they didn't know and then let me know what the current expected delivery date water at that time.
Question:	Says this takes 1 to 2 months to ship. Is this a typo
Answer:	If it is your standard sized can of beer then I think it is safe to say you can carry 7-8 cans in the main pocket. You can carry a dozen easily in the larger pocket, assuming you are not going to fill the bladder and additional two in the side pockets. So it is up to you how you want to carry those beers.

Answer:	No that I see one. Besides the remote is very limited and doesn’t even let you control the volume. Sounds is also very limited for a boom box, dont get this until too expensive for what it offers
