Answer:	Call the manufacturer to see if they can troubleshoot over the phone. If they determine it is defective then I would go through the Amazon return program under "orders". Those darn wranches!

Answer:	I believe it is made in the U.S. It is patterned on the Warren and Brown (Australian) I think. This design is the only one I have ever used. This Torque wrench is a excellent tool I am very happy with it.

Answer:	Yes there is a calibration certificate included in the hard case for the torque wrench. According to the paperwork, the max permissible variation is +/-4%. That variation is in the Nm torque value, not the lb*ft torque value. Mine was tested at 60Nm, 180Nm and 300 Nm with the following actual results: 60.5Nm, 178Nm and 304.9Nm respectively. Well under the 4% variation allowed (0.8%, 1.2% and 1.6% respectively). The certificate states that the calibration was performed using machines with ISO 6789-2003 certification at an independent accredited laboratory (in my case, it was #0256). I hope this helps!

Answer:	eve you can. Just use an eye dropper say 3 drops. I have a 125 gal. Koi pond. This is the best Clarifier on the market. With my pond I only use 1/4 captful every 2-3 wks depending on the weather and (algae buildup fogging up the pond. Just use the dropper and you'll be fine. Do not over treat in your small tank. less is better.

Answer:	Once every 48 hours if you are treating for a specific issue, and up to 3 treatments before giving the pond a break. Once or twice a month for maintenance purposes, depending on your stocking rate, how often you maintain the pond, etc.
