Answer:	With a torso range of 14.5-18.5 in (37-47 cm) the Redwing 44 is very much a unisex pack. The best fit will be within the torso range. To measure your torso:Have a friend measure your back. Stand with your back to them and your hands on your hips like you are scolding someone. Your thumbs will point to a stop on your lower spine. Start from this point and measure up to the C-7 vertebrae, which is the one that sticks out of the back of your neck when you touch your chin to your chest. The measurement between these 2 points is your torso length.
Question:	I'm a big ol' fat guy, I have a waist of about 60 to 62 inches. Will the waist belt on this pack be able to buckle for me

Answer:	No that I see one. Besides the remote is very limited and doesn’t even let you control the volume. Sounds is also very limited for a boom box, dont get this until too expensive for what it offers

Question:	is there any way to strap a sleeping bag or tarp to this pack? my old fashioned metal frame pack had a spot on top and below the main compartment
Answer:	Good luck. We tried for more than a week (re-reading the manual, contacting NAXA directly)to get the TV working without result. The built in antenna did not receive nor did the TV work when we hooked it up to an external antenna on the roof. Returned for a replacement and went through the same thing again without result. Amazon refunded/credited us.

Answer:	I've had my boombox for 2 years and cd player works fine.

Answer:	You have to remove the little black cap on the base of the antenna and the silver antenna will screw into the base.
Question:	What are the internal dimensions of the main area
Answer:	I returned the unit because I could not get TV reception with the supplied antenna. I live in a valley. I bought the devise as an earthquake emergency set. Without TV reception, all I needed was a portable radio and I already had one. The NAXA radio worked fine. I did not check it for volume. Perhaps hooking the unit to a cable connection would have brought in channels, but that isn't what I needed it for.

Question:	Is the torso length adjustable
Answer:	We've had one of our customer reviewers answer this question. Here's his response:I have the Rock 1800 and really enjoy it for a day pack both in the mountains or the city. I think your answer would depend on what you mean by a "regular backpack". Are you talking about a standard backpacking backpack for overnight trips, or a more everyday-use backpack? In my experience the internal frame and waist belt on this pack are significantly more than a standard everyday backpack, but not as robust as a backpack intended for extended trips. I've comfortably done some 2-3 mile hikes with this pack weighted around 25lbs. However, if I were going to hike 3+miles with 30+ lbs consistently I might look for a pack with a more robust waist belt. Since I love all the features on the Rock 1800, I would probably look into Teton's Talus 2700 which would be slightly larger and offer more support for heavy loads over longer distances. I hope that is helpful!

Answer:	50 liters. It goes from like 40 liters to 50 liters depending on how high you stack and cinch the top. Overall, its a very good entry level bag. Its no Kifaru, Beyond, Kealty, etc. but for the money, it's damn good. It is actually extremely comfortable to wear, even when im wearing my full kit (plate carrier with ESAPI plates, front and back). I use it to workout and for travel. However, in the end, you get what you pay for. The material is cordura "like" but not as heavy duty as the high end bags. Overall though, if you are not trying to break the bank, i highly recommend it.

Answer:	Teton's customer service is the best. I've bought both the Scout3400 and the Explorer4000. I had a problem with my first Explorer before I even took it out on a trip. One of the Sternum adjustment straps has started to tear at the seam. I emailed Teton, and like the other reviewer stated, they asked me to send a couple of pictures, and they sent me a new pack, no questions asked. They didn't even want the old one back. Stated to me to keep it and use it for parts, or donate it to someone. They were great.

Answer:	Thankfully the shoulder straps are adjustable so you can get the right fit between the shoulders and waist straps for almost any body size. I have the 75 liter size. My 11 year old son is able to wear it, but it does sit a little higher than his head since he's under 5 ft tall. The 75 liter is a big frame though.

Answer:	I do not know how to measure torso length of a backpack accurately. Here is my best *guess*. I measured the distance from where backpack would sit on hip to shoulder strap, and it shows torso is 17inch, which is in the small range. This matches the fact that the backpack is a bit small for me - my torso is medium.

Answer:	My original review was based on a trial hike. My answer to your question and my additional comments are based on extended backpacking use. I'd say yes per height & weight but waist size might make a difference. I had a 34" waist when I bought my pack but lost a lot of weight hiking the AT. I'm still on trail and have not measured my waist but the waist strap can no longer be tightened enough and I find my shoulders are carrying the load, very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the shoulder, waist & "magic" straps loosen after they get wet with sweat or otherwise and all continually need adjusting....extremely annoying. I've been on trail only 2-1/2 months and already have a couple broken zippers, a broken buckle and some loose strap stitching. The included rain cover is not waterproof and the bag itself is no longer as water repellent/resistant as it was when new. Overall I would no longer recommend this backpack. As of this reply I have been unsuccessful in connecting with Mountaintop for assistance.

Answer:	I would honestly say yes there is. I can fit my 40 degree sleeping bag, camping pillow and a few small snacks all in the bottom compartment.
