Question:	Is this gluten ad dairy free
Answer:	assuming that the liquid form as the same ingredients as in the "Super Selenium Complex", and head to head comparison of the mcg per serving, then most people favor the liquid form over the capsule form. But, others favor the capsule form since it is easier to carry and consume than a liquid form. In summary, it is all about the ingredients & the quality of the ingredients & manufacturing.
Question:	What kind of gelatin is used to make the gelatin capsules? Veggie I hope! ( no pork please
Answer:	I've been taking this since my Thyroid was removed about 8 years ago and I've been taking the selenium for a few years.I'm not sure if it helps but I did notice a difference when I ran out.

There are some "proprietary" ingredients, which means that they may have a few secret recipe items blended in that may be part of a copyrighted formula (like coca-cola - they don't reveal their secret "recipe" either, though we know what most of the actual ingredients are).
