Answer:	I like the belt part but I'm 5'4" and 140 and don't have it adjusted to the tightest setting, it's close but not all the way. I also like it to sit below my belly button but not bouncing on my legs when I run. I think the belt part is fine but the water bottles are kind of annoying. they don't stay closed and the pockets that they slide into are soft so you have to mess with it for them to slide back in while you are running. I'm saving up for a Nathan.

If you push the fabric inwards where the "Gray clip' is attached to the waist pack you'll notice two tabs with a gap in between. The gap is not easy to see, but if you continue to push the fabric material inwards towards the middle of the "Gray Clip" you can simply slide it off the tabs that are holding the"Gray Clip' in place with no need to break or cut it off. Answer:	The pocket itself is about 7" long and 4 1/4" tall. Or 7" x 4.25". The running belt is great! I'd easily purchased 4 or 5 before this one, but I won't need another. This one is perfect.
