Answer:	I’d go with the lowest weight limit that has been found- I would think 40 would be plenty for this thing. I love it but I wouldn’t put too much weight in it. Great for our 1 year old, gonna try our 2 year old should be fine this year, if it last for the 3 year old Summer, it was way more than worth it! Got it on sale for $70 and had a great time last year! Get a helmet for safety.

Still, I bought a Krause faucet and 3 years later it developed a leak. I called and bang, no questions asked, a new part arrived in 5 days with absolutely no charge at all. I think Saris could take a lesson here. Kudos to Krause by the way. Super customer service.

Answer:	As far as trunk mounted racks, I would trust the Saris more than others with my carbon $3,500 bike. The straps are strong but not rough. Having said that, I much prefer using my roof rack. The glossy finish on a carbon bike is susceptible to scuffs. Last point, the Saris has a decent mid-frame hold so the bike doesn't sway much. That will minimize wear on main top tube.
