Answer:	The hole on the rack for the hitch pin is 1/2". This is designed to work with the No Wobble Bolt that is included with the rack. This bolt works to securely tighten the rack when installed on the vehicle and keeps the rack from moving during use.
Question:	how do you put a womens bike on this rack
Answer:	The brackets that the straps are attached to rotate around the rack arms, making it fairly easy once you figure out the best position. I actually had 3 women's bikes on the rack with no problems. The straps were on the diagonal bar and the vertical bar below the seat and it was very tight, no movement at all. No issues with women's bikes at all here.
Question:	What's the best way to lock bikes to this rack? I've never used a hitch rack before
Answer:	If you are talking about leaving the bikes, we purchased the doberman lock and secured the bikes and lock to the straight pole on back, we have two to interweave between the bike wheels and the pole. We also brought a locking pin for the hitch. Never had a problem, we have left them on there while down the shore, on bike trails while we walk or go to get something to eat.

Answer:	On the current version (2016 and newer) hitch racks, the carry arms are 11.5" apart on center. This translates to an outside dimension of approximately 13"

Question:	Can you use a regular Pin for securing the rack to the hitch? Or must you use the threaded bolt
Answer:	Note that max weight capacity per bike is 35lb.

Answer:	Yes. Mi,e is new it does sway back and forth. It appears some people answered this about putting the bolt in. The automatic quick release ones do not have a bolt that you put in. It has the locking mechanism on it that is supposed to expand and keep it from wobbling but I can't see it's doing that. Disappointed in that as it makes me feel like it's not entirely safe going down the street. Thought it would be easier to use because it says no tools required to put it on the hitch. But it doesn't seem to be holding as well as the standard ones you palpable through

Answer:	Do not buy any product from this company. We had a 4 bike rack. The frame broke off while we were driving and we lost all 4 bikes. Company would not stand behind warranty

Answer:	I would imagine so since the Jeep typically has a rear tire. From the description: Fits spare tires ranging from 7-11/16" - 12-1/2" wide Will not fit vehicles with spare-tire-mounted backup cameras.

Answer:	It does not. The Yakima HitchSki is only compatible with certain hitch racks (RidgeBack, FullTilt).
Question:	Will this product fit on a jeep with a rear tire
Answer:	The rack mounts to the spare tire rather than a hitch. I actually had to return mine because the studs on my vehicle were not long enough to accommodate the spare tire and bike mounting bracket at the same time. Hopefully, this information helps.

Answer:	I don’t believe so. It’s a great bike rack but I don’t see an obvious way that it would be modified to adapt a ski accessory

Answer:	I think Sergio means 4.8" tires which I have on a Surly Moonlander and as far as I know are the fattest fat bike tires commonly sold. I just put the Moonlander on this rack and the front wheel fits but you will need a strap extension to fix the back tire (4.8") in place which they sell separately, about $10.

Answer:	It folds back to about 35 degrees... my guess is you wouldn’t have to fold the rack out of the way at all once the bike is off rack and just open the tailgate. It should just about cover the rack when down and won’t impede access to the truck bed at all.

Answer:	Yes, my tall 2 year old is already too big for it. He's 35 in tall And 30lbs. t's a very narrow seat. The wheels are pretty narrow too. If you're in the shorter side, it's not that big of a deal, I'm 5'2 and I can push it ok, my man is 6'1 and he can't. He has to hunch over and his feet always kick the wheels. I kick them too unless I push with my arms straight out in front of me.

Answer:	Not knowing which women's step thru you have, I can say it will handle different frame styles. I have carried two e-bikes with my Hyperax. One is my Himiway Cruiser with 26"x4" tires. The other is my friend's Lectric XP with 20"x4" tires. The bars that hold the bike down work fine on both. You can check their web sites to see the different frame styles.

Answer:	Yes. Mi,e is new it does sway back and forth. It appears some people answered this about putting the bolt in. The automatic quick release ones do not have a bolt that you put in. It has the locking mechanism on it that is supposed to expand and keep it from wobbling but I can't see it's doing that. Disappointed in that as it makes me feel like it's not entirely safe going down the street. Thought it would be easier to use because it says no tools required to put it on the hitch. But it doesn't seem to be holding as well as the standard ones you palpable through
