Answer:	the globe cannot be locked left/right spin direction, but it can be positioned up by tightening the screws on the side. position the globe up and hold it. on the side of the globe ring, there are two screw nuts, tighten the one connects the globe ring to the frame by turn it clockwise or towards the globe, and then tighten the one next to it (under the top frame ring). do not over tighten and you only need to do at one side

Answer:	The title tells you the size. Its 13x19 inches. Regular size papers and binder papers are 8.5x11, so these are a lot bigger. The paper is also more like cardstock quality, so will tend to last longer.
