Answer:	I can say that they work great for jujitsu, where a lot of knee trauma is is always on order. As to comfort, they are barely noticeable in training but I haven't tried to wear them on an ongoing daily basis; however, they are much much thinner and more comfortable than any other I've used. With this added protection and resistance to breakdown, you may experience a very slight notable difference in the flexibility of the pads. Answer:	I felt like they ran big.... as elbow pads we got xsmall and for knee pads we got med. person wearing them is like 5’8 and 145 LBS ish
