Question:	Can you boot up directly to the command prompt without using windows and can you recover deleted files using the command prompt only
Answer:	ResQstick boots the unbootable PC straight into our ResQ wizrard. It does not provide a command prompt. We do much better than that. It's got a full folder/file browser in the UI. You can see all the data and choose whatever you want. We find and select the data for you, but you can unselect, or search for and select other data. You are in control. (There's even an alternate Advanced UI for those like a more techie look.) I suggest you see the longer video on this page (1:07) because it includes some of the UI in action.

Question:	Has anyone ever used this program to recover deleted files from a usb external drive? if so, how successful was the recovery
Answer:	I accidentally reformatted an external hard drive and was unable to recover my files with this program, even though I had not saved anything under the new format. Perhaps I was given wrong information that reformatting simply switched file paths. I have never really used it to recover a file I had accidentally deleted though. I don't think deleting and reformatting are the same thing but then, I'm not an all-out computer/tech geek (no offense to those who are...).
