Answer:	We are having the same issue. It’s been properly set up but even after allowing it to come to temperatures outside, there is nothing we’re seeing. Answer:	I set it up in 5 minutes. I observed the Moon, Venus and Cassini twin stars (actually quad) with in 30 minutes on 25 mm. I have never owned a telescope in my life. The instructions are pictures describing what part goes where under them. How to set up your phone is a bit of a mess but I understood and decided to address that later. I was too excited to see Venus, and then sad when it looked like a big star, lol. There is another way to set it up to see even closer images, so I’ll be experimenting. I want a bigger one now... lol 😂. I’m managing my expectations on the 3X with 10mm parts. I just want to see it all!

Answer:	Key I received is invalid for a clean install in boot camp, apparently valid only for an upgrade.

Answer:	It is full version as the notes say you can do a clean install. A clean install is starting on a PC with no operating system. I'm not sure if MS even has upgrade pricing any longer. "Note: This operating system may be installed over previous versions of Windows XP and Windows Vista by completing a clean installation, or Windows 7, and Windows 8.1 by accessing the upgrade center built into the OS."

Answer:	This is the Full version, and it will work for a clean install. Someone said it's only for upgrading your OS. That is FALSE, I do clean installs all the time with these licenses from Amazon. All you have to do is download the Windows 10 "iso" from microsoft's website on a usb thumb drive.

Answer:	1st: You download it while on another computer.2nd: You will have to make the files bootable, don't worry, Microsoft has a little tool to help do that.3rd: You transfer the files that you made bootable to a flash drive.4th: Plug in the usb with the windows 10 download and stuff.5th: Your computer will either automatically boot up the windows 10 installer, or you might have to boot it up using the BIOS, to get there you have to pretty much spam F2 until this grey and blue screen with blocky letters show up, then you go to boot, and you should see your flashdrive, whatever its named, and change that to your 1st boot option, then restart your pc.6th: Once you are on the Windows 10 installation thing, you'll have to put in the Windows 10 product key that you got when you bought the download, i think it's in my items, or my digital collection or something on Amazon.7th: Choose where you want to install Windows 10 to, you'll want to install this to your HDD.8th: From there its pretty easy and you should be able to figure it out from there.
