Attention:

Hi Laauura, The answer to your question is - Yes, there is a cure packet included for each spice packet. My son and his college roommates LOVE the jerky I make with these packets. My dehydrator machine will nicely fit 3 lbs of 96% lean hamburger and I use 1 packet per pound. Usually I blend together 2 spicy flavor packets and 1 original packet and the 3 cure packs and also a few other personal added in flavors such as: liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion powder, course cracked pepper, honey, pineapple juice and a little of your favorite BBQ sauce makes a yummy batch. Answer:	It sounds like there was a mix-up with your delivery. For that, you'll have to contact Amazon Customer Service, and they should be able to do the exchange to get you the correct spices.

Answer:	You sure can! You just have to put your oven at the lowest setting (160-170 if possible), and use a wire rack, not a pan or cookie sheet. If your oven does not go that low, some people find it helpful to leave the oven door cracked a bit. While it won't produce as good of results as using a dehydrator, you'll still get some great tasting jerky.
Question:	seems awfully short. Can the tubing be replaced
Answer:	Thank you for your question. You can use ground meat or strips of meat. For ground meat, add one package seasoning and one package cure for each pound of meat. For strips of meat, mix one package seasoning and one package cure with 1/4 cup water per pound of meat to make a marinade. You can place in a dish or plastic bag in the refrigerator for approximately three hours and then place on dehydrator trays.
