Answer:	I finally received this Furby. I had to push them to send it at the proper time. It came late in the day and my Granddaughter had left to go back to Texas so I had to ship it to her, (Cost around $25). My Granddaughter received the Furby anf my son could not power up the Furby. (My son is no idiot-he works on F-16 Fighter planes. I hopefully am going to get the toy back from my son(who threw the packaging away, assuming it would work) I plan on sending it back to Amazon. I have never had problems ordering anything off of Amazon=but this Furby Connect was a huge disappointment to my Granddaughter. NOT HAPPY!

Answer:	Take off the battery cover. There is a very small reset button that u can press and hold down with a toothpick! Ours did this as well and resetting it fixed it! We had to reconnect after.

Answer:	I gave it as a gift and only watched it once in a noisy environment. In my experience with anything that moves I have almost always heard operating sounds so i wouldn't be to concerned.

The first time you play with your Furby Connect toy with the app, you will also need to connect to the app for an initial one-time firmware update. You’ll know the update is complete when Furby re-boots and says “CONNECTED!”. You are now ready to play!

Does your Furby Connect seem sleepier than usual? If you haven’t connected to the app yet, please connect for an update. If you’ve already done that, try giving your Furby Connect fresh batteries!

If Furby Connect has trouble pairing with your device, first make sure the icon in the top left corner of the app is yellow. If it isn’t, click the purple icon to connect.

Answer:	I would only allow Furby with a 5 year old while under adult supervision. I ordered a Furby for my one year old neice for Christmas, thinking the audio interaction would make her laugh. It does, but with the mechanics of Furby, he has some hard plastic parts that could get broken fairly easily. Not a toy suitable for cuddling, either. He is adorable, & has turned out to be more of a toy for me to set up (also, there's an ap so you can interact more with him) & play with, to prepare him for playtime with my neice. She's at an age where she throws almost everything she holds into the floor, and I'm afraid he wouldn't last long if I didn't stay with her while she plays with him. If a plastic part were to break off, I'd be afraid, too, that she could get choked (she also likes to put things in her mouth). I hope this has helped you! :)Last, I want to say he arrived sooner than expected, so Kudos to Amazon for that!

Answer:	I bought 2 buckets thinking I would be able to use it in my kindergarten class. I was only able to have 8 children at a time making letters. There at not enough of the orange pieces (lines or curves) and not enough small blue curves but out of 2 buckets I have one whole bucket full of the long blue lines and that was after I gave 20 children 4 each! This was such a disappointment, it would have worked for a class if they had more of certain ones and way less of the blue lines.
