Answer:	The blue part is a removable label, yes. Mine came off easily and left zero residue. Definitely remove it before you wash it though, stickers are much harder to remove after they have gotten wet.

Anything in the 300s can surface rust, but can be removed with a stiff scrubby. 1810 which is what most good silverware is made of will not rust. Anything in the 2100s which is surgical stainless steel will never rust. If these bowls are getting more than surface rust they are most likely electroplated steel.

Answer:	Hello. The package does not list any sort of informationnlike that, but I wld assume it is harmless. My 4 Cats have had bells on most of their lives (though not this brand), and they are fine. Most of it I wld assume, comes off in play, rubbing on things, & feeding bowls. So I think you're Conure will also be fine. 😁 That's the best I can tell you.

Answer:	Our dog has been wearing hers for 3 months. I'm not aware of any nylon threads protruding or causing any discomfort to the dog. I'm very happy with ours. It's pretty rugged. We got yellow characters on purple background which stands out nicely. One thing: the information suggests that the collar is reflective, in my opinion it is not. If you want a reflective collar this is not the one.
