Answer:	No tray. We put it outside over rocks. Maybe weewee pads underneath if used inside?

Answer:	I keep mine in a plastic tray I got from Fresh Patch. I use the extra large tray and I cut the grass to fit it. It’s very windy on my balcony too and I haven’t had any problems with it moving around. I suggest using puppy pads underneath, changing the pads, rinsing the grass and tray every day. Otherwise it gets really stinky. I just use a mild dog shampoo on the grass and tray and rinse with my garden hose. I wouldn’t suggest getting something like this unless you have the ability to clean it outdoors and often.
Question:	How to order extra washable pad for this system
Answer:	There is a link in my review... The only one with a video that has a link in its exact dimensions for a pad made for this turf. It has loops to secure it and the fit is spot on. Not to mention the pad is reusable saving you tons.I purchased 2 and love them!

Answer:	I hang it over a railing on my deck and pour a mixture of 50/50 water and white vinegar all over it. Then in about 10-20 min I Spray it off with a water hose. Let air dry.

Answer:	There is no "best". Different people like different things. I believe most, if not all, have some sort of citrus oil in them, so that is something to consider if you absolutely hate or are allergic to lemon or bergomot (type of orange). You may not smell the citrus depending on what scent you choose, but it will be there. Best bet is to order one of the gift sets that come with about 5 of the little disposable sprays (only 3-5 uses each). That way you can sample different popular scents.
Question:	How long does the pee-pod liner last? Will I need to purchase a 7 count every week? Month
Answer:	It uses regular Venus cartridges so I would assume so. I haven't checked to see but I think that these would fit a regular Venus handle.

Answer:	No, you can't lock the patio door, I have the same issue. The doggie door sits right in the path of the patio door on the door track and thus prohibits the door from being locked, And yes, it does come with a cover to prevent your pets from coming in/going out

Answer:	Hi Donna - There is four and one half inches from the floor to the bottom of the flap. We were worried about that, too, since we have two Chihuahuas along with an Italian Greyhound mix and now our new rescue, Belgian Malinois (will be very big). There was NO problem at all! We put the door in and they all went through it! It's a great door. We are very happy!
Question:	Can it be easily and quickly removed
Answer:	Although the intent is to screw it in with 3 or 4 screws and use the lock provided, we have not done that. We use a bar in the sliding door track to "lock" the door if we want to leave the pet door in place over night. Answer:	I have not tried the Top Dog puppy pads but did not see very many current reviews. What I did see were reviews similar to the Glad puppy pads. I currently have the Glad puppy pads and can tell you that regardless of what the ad says, they leak. I have had several instances of the pads leaking. The Glad pads are 23 X 23 which makes them a bit larger but as far as absorbent, I'm not sure which would really work better. Try both I guess.

Answer:	It might take longer. If at all possible leave it in the sun to off gas. Or to get rid of smells,and also clean/disinfect the grass pad/tray/inserts. I soak them in the tub with HOT water and about 1cup of distilled white vinegar you can get on the cheap in a jug.leave it in the tub for 5 hrs or so and hang to dry. Kills all bacteria for reuse and it might help with the offgas smell. I have 8 pads to cycle out every 3 days. Good luck!

Answer:	The grass patch is in a rubber container to catch the pee and it smelled like rubber I couldn’t stand it in the house. Maybe if you have an outdoor patio you might be able to put it on it and train them. Mine was a 3 month old puppy and he wanted no parts of it.

Answer:	No potty pad underneath....just the turf. It is fairly thick and easy to clean. I keep it on the deck and my dog right to it on rainy days so she can run right back inside. I just hose it off every few days, then replace with a new one every few months.

Answer:	I reuse an old p plastic cat litter box, and line it with one of the dog food bags. Fold the top of the bags over and it holds the stink in pretty well if you aren't tossing it immediately. It's important to reuse those feed bags too (many ideas online). About to buy an attachment that will tap into my house's sewer waste line in the back yard so i can put it all in there and flush it through the treatment center.
