I have been using it now for about 2 months. The rash and hot spots are not completely gone but it reduces the inflammation when used twice a day along with some olive or coconut oil rubbed into the dry, chapping area of the dog's skin. It does dry their skin where it is rubbed in. It's not a miracle worker but it does reduce the symptoms. Hope this is helpful. |

If it happens flush with clear water, when done dry around eyes, and it is perfectly ok to use a lubricating eye drop on the dog for comfort like Equate "Support Advanced" or Systain "Ultra" or "Balance" one or two drops per eye at will up to several times a day with no risk. During winter with the heat running, unless you run a humidifier, you need it every day anyway, most people and most dogs. |

He was licking his paws and scratching his backside non-stop, I gave him a shower once a week for two weeks like the vet said and it improved his skin so much!!! he no longer scratches his backside and has significantly reduced how often he licks his paws. Because this shampoo is antibacterial it removes all the germs they pick up from going on walks and any irritants that could be making allergies worse. I do recommend the spray also because it's a good in-between when they are itchy but are not ready for another shower. Pricey little bottle but so worth it! |

It came recommended to us, and we continue to use it on our dog who has skin issues/allergies. Definitely helps. |

I use the hundred percent manuka honey rub (it's like a lotion, but if they lick it is not harmful and it softens their paws). They do make some made just for dogs that helps with hotspots, dry skin issues, dry snout, and cracked paws. I love it and in don't have to constantly day, "no lick" because if I put it on at bed time and they lick it a little... it's natural and okay for their tummies. |

Douxo smells really nice, so you won't be living with a medicinal smell at all. I'm not a vet ... this is just my opinion after living with a very skin-sensitive dog (that weighs 105#)!!! | Answer: | Don’t like it. Fragrance are not to bad. But they are so tiny that you can’t barely clean a doggie face. They are in a tiny container so you can figure out how small they are. I don’t recomended. |

| Answer: | I use them around my Frenchies mouth after she eats to keep her face from getting red irritated bumps. They are wonderful! |

| Answer: | Yes, indicated on the bottom of the container. I purchased these in July 2019. They expire in 2022. They are sealed upon receipt. I have had other types of pads that dry out eventually once opened, but these are still moist as of March 2020. However, I suspect they will dry out eventually if unused. |
