Answer:	I'm not sure. Active ingredient is Hypochlorous Acid. This wash was recommended by my vet and groomer. I have an older dog who has had chronic dry eye and will wake up in morning with some eye goo from medication night before. Answer:	Neither the box nor the bottle make any mention of any ingredients other than the active ingredient, which they refer to as "composition." As this is an animal medication, I do not know if the ingredient list requirements are as rigid as with human medication. Accordingly, I really do not know if there is any preservative. Sorry. But I can tell you that my little guy is really sensitive to many things -- all kinds of annoying allergies -- and he doesn't have any problems with these drops.

Question:	Can this be used on my guinea pig? He has teary eyes with little mucus
Answer:	Hello Ash,My bad I made the assumption you got the spray.The gel is the same as the spray but made thicker so as not to run and to adhere better to wounds in hard to treat surfaces where it would run off.It also adds more a protective layer to an open wound.In most cases this could be dropped on directly but that's not very practical around an eye.Using a cotton ball as an applicator is a good idea but you will use far more than needed since cotton balls are highly absorbent.For an application like you are describing I would unscrew the bottle top and dip a Q-tip in and then apply.You will get a targeted application that way without wasting much.

Answer:	Not suppose to be watery. You need to shake it as I've noticed if its sitting/not used, it gets watery consistency. It is supposed to be thicker like gel. Be gentle when you squeeze, because it will gob out.

Answer:	dogs don't like anything you put in their eyes but, this chemical clears up their eyes quickly if they have that milky kinda of thick eye mucus and they like it does not burn their eyes. I dispense it by getting on the floor with them and wrap my self around them with my free arm and with one hand open the eye with my finger and thumb sure they struggle a little bit but they see that dog biscuit just out of reach waiting for them.. Its not a good idea to touch nozzle tip to their eyes and usually give them about 6-8 drops and that works for me

Answer:	If has bubbles, if me I'd throw it away or get money back? Isn't the eye the same for animals and humans? I'd ask your dogs vet what use if you need a rinse? It in my opinion can make eyes sting, burn.. Got tiny bit in my eye, and it burned badly. I didn't want use anything that would do that to my dog and threw it away. I like their paw lotion for pads on feet, but I do not use their eye wash. If ask a vet what can use at home without a prescription, they can help.
