Answer:	FYI, cats and dogs are VERY different. Cats lack certain liver enzymes that dogs do not. Therefore, many, MANY things that are safe for dogs are not safe for cats, and can even kill them. You would actually have to research every ingredient for cat safety if it has not been approved for cats. Cats are also tolerant at a much lower level, which is one reason you NEVER give flea treatment designed for dogs to cats, even at the same 'weight' per dose. It can sicken and even kill them. Essential oils and other 'natural' substances can also be deadly for cats. Just be careful with kitties, and never assume you can safely use dog products for cats.

Answer:	Here is the answer from Zerowater's FAQ:"Q. Does the ZeroWater filter remove Fluoride?A. ZeroWater filters are not certified for the reduction of fluoride however fluoride is an inorganic compound. The TDS meter is designed to detect inorganic compounds. Fluoride levels in water are usually around 2 to 4 ppm, which will show up on the meter as 002 to 004. So when filtered water reads 000 it is not likely that fluoride is present in water."
Question:	where are they made
Answer:	I know this will sound crazy, but I've just filled my 50th pitcher and am registering 000. Maybe this is because my local level is 194, which I think is low. At first I was using the meter which comes with the pitcher, but when the light didn't go on at 20-25-30 pitchers, I bought the numeric meter, thinking the other was malfunctioning. The reading was 000. I checked using unfiltered water and the light went on on the first, and the other registered 169. So I guess it's still filtering. I just bought 2 filters to have on hand when I need to change. I don't know if it's of any value, but I don't fill it above the black filter line. The period of time it lasts depends on your use.

Assuming that the 10% number you have is of the total volume, and the tube has 4oz (as listed), then it would be 11.34g of n-Ha per tube. 4oz=113.398g 0.1 x 113.398=11.3398 Not sure where you got the 10% from though, as I can’t find that number anywhere. I also don’t know how large the tube of Apagard with 100g of n-Ha is either (considering that 100g is almost the whole bottle of Boka, so I know their tube has to be significantly larger!), so it may not be a good comparison. What would be more informational is the percentage in the Apagard as compared to the Boka. Also, as the company answered, the size and shape of the n-Ha will also effect the products efficacy.

Question:	For large dogs
Answer:	I don’t understand your question. I have 3 dogs and I use these on all three. They are soft so it does not hurt them.
Question:	will it fit a 5 lb puppy's mouth? She has a tiny mouth & tiny teeth
Answer:	I use poultry flavored toothpaste and my golden likes it. I let him taste a little initially on my finger, then on the brush, then I brush his teeth. He doesn’t love getting his teeth brushed, but I think the more I do it, he’ll get used to it. The toothpaste definitely made the difference.
Question:	Does this work on pit bull teeth
Answer:	Once a week if they'll let me. I found these to be too rough so I ended up changing to a soft baby/toddler baby toothbrush. If you're new to brushing your dog's teeth, I recommend putting them on a towel or blanket the counter or table. You might want to just get them familiar with it first. Once you put a little bit of dog toothpaste, and I stress dog toothpaste because baby toothpaste contain xylitol which is highly toxic to dogs, they are usually much more likely to allow you to brush their teeth. If you gently lift their jowels to expose their teeth it will make it easier to get to the sides. I give my dog's times of praise and talk them through the entire experience, but maybe I'm a little nutty that way lol. After I'm done brushing I will usually give them a little carrot chip as a treat or some people will use dental bones or treats for afterward. If their gums are sore you can rub a little oratene or something like that. It's the canine version of orajel. Hopefully those tips help!

Answer:	Yes, I started my dog as a puppy. Now she is 5 years old and waits every morning for her teeth to get brushed. When they have a small mouth, use the finger tip until they get used to having their teeth done.
Question:	How many oz in the tub? Is the brush small enough for a Chihuahua's mouth
Answer:	The brush is pretty big. It's for a large size dog, u might have to buy a small one of buy a baby tooth brush. My chihuahua likes the peanut butter taste.
Question:	How does this work if no rinsing is necessary? This will be my first time brushing my dogs teeth
Answer:	You just add the toothpaste to the toothbrush and gently brush the teeth just as in humans. The residue stays on the teeth or they swallow the harmless formula...it's as simple as that.
Question:	Does this toothpaste have sorbitol as an ingredient
Answer:	The first time I bought Nylabone Pet Toothpaste, the ingredients were the same as those listed in the other answers. When I ran out of it, I couldn't find anything called Nylabone Pet Toothpaste, so I purchased Nylabone Advanced Oral Care for Cats (ingredients for dogs is exactly the same). The new tube looks exactly like the old one and is called Nylabone Pet Toothpaste BUT now sorbitol is the first ingredient listed. I wasn't too happy, either.
