Answer:	I think you should look for an extra small for now. I had to purchase several collars for my Chesapeake Bay Retriever in order to find one that was not too big. With that being said, we use the leash daily and both leash and collar appear very well made. You could try a small but it might still be way too big. Best to measure his neck and then plan accordingly. Good luck!

Answer:	No free samples BUT there is a trial-size bag to sample without buying too much. I did the sample bag Salmon and my picky eater likes it and trust me my girl won't eat most........she eats Victor Performance and that's about it. China has been known to have bone meal made with with products from euthanized animals. This is your greatest concern. In the case of this dog food, the beef is sourced from the usa but all other variations are from "international sources" so I am trying the beef version. I will mix this with their current food and slowly transition. I would rather have 100% usa sourced ingredients but this is next to impossible to find.

Answer:	It is very difficult to release the clasp. I definitely would not recommend it for someone with arthritic hands. Neither my 20 year-old granddaughter or I can get the clasp to release without a great deal of effort.

Answer:	I'm assuming you don't have your pup yet and can't measure, so... The smallest of my Border Collie pups was 8 pounds at 9 weeks old and her collar was adjusted to between 11 and 12 inches. Given that the extra small only goes up to 10 inches and the small starts at 12 (which you'll never really get to due to the label and web overlap), I'd look for a different brand that has a size range from about 10 to 15 inches.

Question:	How does this compare to limited ingredient diet brands like natural balance lid
Answer:	When we adopted two rescue dogs, I researched dog foods and chose Orijen because it was made in Canada. The dog food plants there have the same standards as their people food plants. The food used in dog food is the same as people food. The dogs, age 10 and 13 loved the food and ate it very well. In fact, our vet said our 13 year old was the healthiest senior dog in her practice. I ordered this product recently and the dogs are not eating it eagerly now. In fact, I have to add treats to the food to get them to eat it. I didn't realize the new food was made in Kentucky until I read your question. Either the dogs are tired of the food or there is a difference. Orijen was one of the highest rated dog food I've ever researched. I'm looking at other foods now.

Answer:	That's an excellent question. Amazon does not allow us to set different shipping rates for different parts of the country. So as an example, I ship all of my product out of Phoenix. That means that my price plus shipping has to be the same for Florida and New York as it does for California, while California costs about half as much to ship to for me. So, without really knowing where you are, I have to charge enough shipping to cover the entire country. Amazon does not allow me to charge higher rates for states that are further away. Answer:	A: Chewy no longer carries Orijen but Petflow does. Chewy doesn't because of the changes. It's no longer from Canada with the original healthy ingredients. It's now made in the US which started this year, and all ingredients were changed as well as the kibble consistency to make their cost less but the food worse. A lot of people have complained since this change. My dog has been on it for 9 years and I went to order more, and that's when the Chewy representative explained the problem.

Answer:	It has a normal release like any other pet collar would. Never really known of a pet collar to have a "quick release" just the typical one.
