• Unbuckle the chest straps and loosen the neck straps.
• Slide the neck loop over your dog's head. The Logo “rabbitgoo” should be up on the back of the dog harness.
• Arrange the bottom straps between your dog’s two front legs, under the belly.

• After properly positioning the dog harness on your dog's body, buckle both side buckles up.

Answer:	I have never dealt with cats, but see no reason that this harness would not work for a cat.

Answer:	They're plastic but super strong. I've tried so many harnesses and this one is the BEST!
Question:	How does the seat belt strap work? Do they need to be laying down or can they sit
Answer:	I got my 30 pound dog a medium and it adjusts quite a bit. But if you measure your cats chest right under her front legs you'll get a measurement of probably around 5 inches or so and there should be a list of measurements for sizes. That is VERY accurate! Hope this helps!

Answer:	The leash can be clipped over the back or in the front. I don't know how well it would work if you JUST clip to the front, but you can certainly attach the leash both places, or over the back only. I have a wild, energetic, enthusiastic, high-prey-drive 50 lb Airedale, and this harness has been a godsend!
Question:	Is it suppose to be hard to get over his head? I had a medium it was a struggle getting it over his head. I have a 6 month lab 45 lbs
Answer:	Sounds like you have one that is too small. We purchased this for our 70lb pit bull - which I think everyone knows that pitties have big heads - and we never had an issue. It went around her muzzle and we fastened it around her neck. No issues

Answer:	Great question! It definitely is the one pictured in #1, 2 & 4, Very heavy duty, unlike 5&6, which is an altogether different harness. We have it on our 85# Long Coat GSD. We have bought several harnesses for her but this one had the best fit, especially the longer chest strap so it didn’t cramp the back of her front legs like the others did. Takes a little longer to adjust just right but that’s a good thing for a customized fit.

Question:	Is this harness good for an escape artist dog? My cavalier has managed to get out of two other harnesses
Answer:	I use it on my Siberian. A breed known to be able to escape out of any collar or harness. She doesn't try. I think it would be harder to get out of this harness than some others, and it was recommended to me by owners of Malamutes and Siberians, both of which are escape artists. You might try a belly band to go with the harness. You can get them on line with any outfitter that sells harnesses for working dogs. Amazon may sell belly bands. I am happy with it for what I use it for.
