Answer:	No, it does come with 2 of the 123 Lithium batteries and they last a long time. You can buy the rechargeable version on Amazon for really cheap. However this collar didn’t work even with our pound Yoriekpoo’s. I really think the vibration collars aren’t enough to get the job done. Having shock as an option would be nice for stubborn barkers.

1. Vibration mode: It is the default mode when it is used for the first time. After entering this mode, the indicator will flash blue indicator.

Answer:	You need to contact the person who sold this to you. I haven’t had any problem with my collar for my chihuahua. The collar got water spots on it and I didn’t have any problems.
