Answer:	Both drawers are 1-3/4 deep, with 1/8" clearance above the drawer side wall. Inside drawer dimension is 13-3/16 wide, by about 11" front to back (depending on how you consider the irregularity of the handle system) A drawer volume would be about 254 cubic inches if the handle didn't protrude into the drawer area. Subtracting for the handle leaves about 240 cubic inches.The total cube of this drawer assembly is 16-3/4" wide by 12-3/8" deep (front to back) by 6-7/8" tall - which is about 1426 cubic inches. The usable drawer space is about 34% of the total cube - pretty low. So - don't buy this unit thinking that you are getting a lot of drawer space - as you aren't. You get a lot of bulk and weight to provide the ability to stack and lock this into the Tstak system - and two nice, but small drawers.

Certain areas are larger, but you couldn't put a single item in the toolbox hat had dimensions larger than I've given. I was disappointed in the toolbox. My brad nailer didn't fit because of the molding variations.

Answer:	Will work on all models with a torque type mounted pulley. This simply means that there are no mounting nuts holding the pulley to the shaft. So yes, it should work with any Ford model 1986 through 2001. Keep in mind that some pumps have been replaced and may have the newer style pulley attached.

Answer:	I've owned mine for several years, haven't needed to disinfect several time a day for along period of time. There is only a few commercial finishes that could withstand that type of exposure to the chemicals mentioned. I would be surprised if this cabinet at this price would have it!

It is slightly bigger than the max size for a carry on, so whether you have to gatecheck it or not is up to their discretion. Answer:	I suppose if you filled every inch to maximum capacity then you might and I was unable to fill to capacity because I would have been over weight so it did scrunch a bit. I packed it to 48 pounds and it scrunched and it was not over weight or over sized. I chose not to use the side pockets which would have made it fatter and I didn't want it getting caught on any equipment going thru the luggage tunnels at an airport. For a road trip I would have had them all full. I also used some long mailing boxes for the insides so there was a bit of form and this turned out to be an awesome idea. So, no, I did not have to pay over sized luggage fees.
