Answer:	well it cant come assembled that would probably be disateruos. But it really Is Not difficult At all. Very simple dont let the looks of it disassembled scare you. take your time and read the instructions first, youll also need your dog available for the rt adjustment fitting or measure your dog, which is what i did, tape measure her. That worked for me. bc trying to hold her up with one hand and adjust the device ...not easy task. but if youve got another person available to help that would be great. hope this helped. I looked at many way over priced wheelcarts, and this one is perfect, its light weight for the dog, small and simple. NOt over complicated like a lot those other higher priced units. This one does the job very adequately

Answer:	I believe it depends on the dog, his condition and environment. My dog apparently was near his end (16 years old) when I got him the wheelchair and he passed away about 4 months after. The most he was able to do was a simple 1 level threshold through the sliding glass door onto the patio. I wish you and your best friend happy times learning how to manage a wheelchair together.

Answer:	We cannot sleep in the room with our hedgehog because the wheel makes a whirling sound. If you are a heavy sleeper you might be ok as it is a low sound more like the air moving through it as opposed to a squeek. Mine is on the stand.

Answer:	It did not come with a wall mount. I had contacted the seller, and it turns out the product info was wrong. They didn't fix the product info fully. I was still able to take the stand and attach it to my cage, but it's weird because it's basically a stand that's floating above my hamster's bedding. It can shake a little, and it's tilted a little towards the opening, at least in my cage.
Question:	Are gerbils able to chew through the acrylic? Is it safe for heavy chewers
Answer:	My gerbils tried to chew on the wheel when it first arrived. They could not do much to the thick acrylic except leaving some tooth marks that are not deep and can be wiped out... They haven’t tried chew on it as soon as figuring out how to run on then they just crazily run on it. I provided plenty of chew toys too.

Answer:	Yes, our wheelchairs will work with pets who have missing rear legs; your dog will be using their front legs to help maneuver and support their weight. Answer:	It's not the airline, it's the plane model. I have not had a problem fitting this under seats. Here's what you have to do. Believe it or not, you want a middle seat. Middle seats have the widest area. Aisle seats are out of the question. Some windows are ok. Don't chance it. The carrier is squishy enough to give you a little push down, as long as your pet is ok with that. After takeoff and landing, I usually move the carrier out a little. Sometimes if it's tight, I conveniently place my coat or sweater over the carrier with my legs on either side. If you are in the middle it is not as obvious to a passing by attendant.
Question:	For a 15-20 lb. cat, what size would you recommend? Is it easy to carry without the cart part--for a quick trip to the vet, for example
Answer:	I have a 23 pound cat and I use the wheels. The handle folds down and it loads nicely in the back seat. I took it out of the car and wheeled him right up to the vet. Much lighter than a hardshell carrier with a cat to lug around.

Answer:	The stroller handle is 19 inches. I like the stroller - use it for 2 pomeranians. I did not think the bottom was giving them enough support so I cut a piece of wood to go under the pad for extra support. We take the stroller all over Europe and it works great on cobblestone streets and through the fields to get places. I am very happy with this product.

Answer:	The tires are made of plastic/EVA. They seem very durable and I have been rolling on pavement, dirt, and grass. They have a nice tread on them and seem to grip all of these surfaces fairly well and clean up easily. The carriage is stable despite 2 10lb young cats bouncing around wrestling if they get bored with the scenery, or if they both rush to one side to see something interesting.

Question:	Have they fixed the stiching problem? Is it holding together better
Answer:	I bought The stroller probably 15 years ago I had never had a problem with it. I got a new pet so I got in new stroller. Same model but the stitching gave out and the folding mechanism failed. Customer service took care of it and sent me another one which I’m afraid was a rebuilt one because it looked like it had been used. This one did the same exact thing! I truly love the size and the style. My dog is only 13 pounds so she’s not too heavy for it! I need to buy another and want this stroller but I am afraid I’ll have the same experience. And encouraging news that it’s improved?

Answer:	Yes and I had a dog stroller for another dog as she aged and bought 3 different ones because they were hard to handle and the wheels didn't turn together. This one I bought a couple of months ago and absolutely love it. Lyle loves it to because it's extremely comfortable for him and the front wheels turn great and they all turn the same at the same time. Hands down this is the best dog stroller out there and you can't beat the price. Also I will let you know it's a very smooth ride and it folds easy with one hand and stores easily in the trunk of my car. I know they rate up to 5 stars but I rate it 20 stars because I've bought several over the years. I have fostered and rescued many dogs over the past 20 years so this stroller would definitely be your best buy by far! Answer:	I would go with 3 wheels because they are meant for jogging whereas 4 is just like to stroll through the mall.

Answer:	yes it can be attached with zip-ties from the metal base
Question:	How do you clean it
Answer:	You have to remove the hair pin at the front, separate the wheel from the metal stand, and pull the whole thing apart. The front, back, and middle are all separate pieces. I usually clean the middle green part every couple days and wipe the other parts down. The hair pin needs pliers to get off the first time, but it gets easier after that.
Question:	Is this wheel loud? i currently have a cheap kaytee wheel and it makes alot of ruckus in the night
Answer:	This is a pretty silent wheel when the axel has been oiled lightly (use a natural hamster safe veggie oil). I found that my female syrian could get it moving and bouncing a little when she was REALLY running. I mounted it to a heavy round piece of wood so it could be weighted down and it never made noise. I had her in the bedroom with me for 2 years and it was silent, until she stored her food and half her bedding in it and then tried to run all night.
