Answer:	No hook ups for a leash. We attached a big carabineer to the handles or looped the leash around the handles and attached it back to itself.
Question:	My Bichon is 17.5lbs and girth is around 19....wondering if a medium would be best? I don't want the small to fit too tightly? Your thoughts
Answer:	We got the small for our Malti-tzu who is 14lbs and 17in. girth and it fits him with a little room to spare (has adjustable straps) and we got the medium for our pug who is 23lbs and 25in girth. The medium is really too long for him but because of his thick broad chest & neck we had to get a larger size (he is only 15in from his neck to tail the malti-tzu is 17). The life jacket does have a neoprene belly band that is made to fit a little snug, but does not seem uncomfortable to the dogs (it has a small margin of adjustment to it). It's a very well made life jacket and you can't beat this price anywhere. Your dogs' girth is so close to the max for the small it could probably fit a medium but keep in mind that it would be long and maybe even a little loose. However, if your dog keeps a summer haircut the small may be just fine. Hope this helped you.

Answer:	I have used this for stand up paddle boarding. It's quite comfortable when paddling, but I have found that it makes getting on the paddle board from deep water slightly more challenging because it is a little bit bulker in the front and requires you to have slightly more arm strength than slimmer life vests. Given that, I still can get up on the board it just takes a bit more effort my daughter on the other hand is slimmer and doesn't seem to have as much difficulty getting back on the board.

Answer:	Hello, I am a big dude also. I am 6'2" @ 300 lbs. This vest fits me great and still has room to be let out even more if I decide to grab a cheesecake on the way to the lake. I use this PDF while kayaking . . once I have it on I forget I am wearing it. It is very comfy, and is not restrictive at all. My only complaint is that it gets warm while paddling. BUT, I am in north Texas . . so it is usually over 90 and humid. So I would imagine even a 'high end' pdf would feel warm. Go ahead and give this one a try if you are on the fence. You can always try it and return it if you aren't happy with it. Two chubby thumbs up from this big dude!
