Question:	Do you have to refridgerate after opening, seeing that it has probiotics in it
Answer:	I was curious myself and noticed that it does not have any listed. However, in the vegetable blend there are some veggies listed there like beets etc...that contain some, but it's likely not enough to even register as being anywhere near sufficient. The general rule is true that Women need iron more so then Men, however, that does not mean that Men should not take iron. Even if you eat a lot of Red meat and other foods containing iron, it may not be enough to supply the amount that we all need. For the majority of us, we are all iron deficient. This brings me to a question of, how much iron should Men take? (I have found these: MegaFood - Blood Builder ... to be the best natural / bioavailable source of iron so far....)If anyone has any other suggestions, please share.

Answer:	You do NOT want to rely on a Multi Vitamin that is NOT refrigerated for Probiotics. If a person has been on antibiotics and needs to replenish, OR if a person has symptoms of Candida, OR if a person wants to improve their digestion and boost their immune system, they should take a handful of REAL Probiotics bought from a Refrigerator in a Health Food Store once a day. One could take 5 to 7 at a time with no harmful side effects, because Probiotics are NON systemic, meaning that they do NOT enter the blood stream. They are like concentrated yogurt.

Answer:	I contacted the manufacturer and it is NOT vegetarian/vegan. It contains lycopene, which is unfortunately stabilized using animal gelatin. TG's answer is wrong on this one. I'm not sure about the kosher/halal question, and would suggest that you contact Rainbow Light about those queries.

Answer:	Although I have read some info discouraging refrigeration when it comes to multi vitamins, I feel, in my opinion, that I would prefer these to be refrigerated. Given the nature of these particular ones, raw, organic, probiotics, powder form in a gel capsule, etc., I just feel it would be more beneficial. Maybe buy the 120 count bottle so they are consumed faster and so you’re opening a new fresh bottle sooner. I REALLY LIKE this multi vitamin!

Answer:	I have compared these two in the past, and noted that the Vitamin Code is a more complete vitamin. Also, the Vitamin Code product is raw, organic, whole food vitamin. I would suggest visiting Garden of Life's website and comparing nutritional information. I have been taking the Vitamin Code Multivitamins for several months now and I notice that these are absorbed by my body more completely than other major brands. I will add I feel better and have noticed more energy than before.

Answer:	Dextrose (which is literally another name for glucose, formula : C6H12O6, the most common all the monosaccharides) and maltodextrin (a polysaccharide consisting of sugars, formula: C6nH(10n+2)O(5n+1)) cannot be monosodium glutimate (formula: C5H8NO4Na)... they are SUGARS and have no sodium ion in them. Anatto (chemical formula - C25H30O4) I'm skeptical as well about. I recommend you triple check the sources you are getting this information from because I googled it and found no studies backing this information up and the only people discussing it are blogs that cite no sources. MSG sensitivity is a myth that teeters on racism, and has been exhaustively studied. Hope you aren't eating tomatoes, grapes, mushrooms, ham, shrimp, various cheeses either cause those are all sources of naturally occuring msg/glutamic acids.

Answer:	B12 that is available to the body for use is when the nutrient is in its co-factor forms like cyanocobalamin, hydroxycobalamin and methylcobalamin. B12 for a supplement is synthesized in more than one way, but methylcobalamin generally comes from a natural bacteria source using a fermentation process. Hydroxycobalamin and cyanocobalamin are both made in a lab — cyano- being the cheapest form and hyroxy- actually being the most expensive. Therefore, Methylcobalamin is the preferred natural source.
