Answer:	We would suggest pouring this into whatever your fur baby eats from. Your cat probably would not have full access to all of the food and the packaging is a little light making it hard on the cat to eat directly from the tray.

They both jump on it at the same time and the size is very good for them both to sleep and I even keep their food bowl up there, I did put the house to the side to give more room for a food bowl, but there is a hole there for a rope, which I did not put on, and put the house to the front side, where that hole is. Be sure and tighten down the bolts and you will be good to go. I is a very large cat tree, so be prepared for that. Love it and my fur babies love it.... I am 84 years old and put it together by myself, so it is easy to do, just follow the instructions.

Answer:	My fountain came with a extra water pump motor. You can purchase a new one they are usually around $15.00 or so. To keep the pump clean of gunk and slime build up that will shorten the life of the water pump motor, while i am cleaning the fountain bowl i add a half cup of white vinegar to the water and let the water circulate for 10 - 15 minutes.

Answer:	Hi Peggy, great question! If the unit runs out of water you may burn out your pump, as it will not shut itself off. That being said, the pump does have a built-in feature that will prevent it from catching fire.

Answer:	Yes, you can. I stopped using the carbon filters a long time ago. They got slimy after a day or two and constantly clogged and restricted the water flow from the pump. I have a Drinkwell Avalon and also a Seascape fountain, both of which have been running perfectly for years without the carbon/charcoal filter. No more slime, clogged pumps or weak/restricted water flow. The carbon filter's purpose is only to filter the water for taste/smell and since I only use filtered water in my fountains, using this filter was overkill. My pumps now stay clog free and the water flow is always strong and unrestricted. I do use the foam filters because those are the ones that surround the pump and help to trap food, hair and other debris from entering the pump. Since I have 3 cats drinking from the fountains, I change the water and rinse/clean the foam filters every 3 days. I do a thorough cleaning of the pumps every 3 or 4 weeks and change the foam filters about every 6 weeks. Both pumps have been running trouble free since ditching the carbon filters.

Answer:	Just chiming in here as my Siberian is currently spending the weekend at the ER vet to treat a urinary blockage. We've only ever fed him a can of wet food (Weruva) in the morning and 1/3C of this in the evening. So IDK about the pH, but we won't be buying this food anymore as he'll need a prescription food for urinary health.

Answer:	My cat developed RESORPTIVE LESIONS disease which causes their teeth to disintegrate over time but does not go beyond the mouth and does not affect any other parts of their body. After pulling a few teeth I put her on canned food, PATE style, since it would not require her to chew so she could just lick her food and this would save her some pain. But, she would still go to the IAMS DRY I had out for my other cat. My vet said she was probably just swallowing it without chewing. So your cat could eat this too but I would buy her canned pate.

Upon further inquiry with the company, they did admit to using corn meal for carbohydrates, corn grown in the United States which is most likely genetically modified (GMO) corn, so there is the small possibility of corn gluten. My two male senior cats thrive on the food and are strong and happy. I spoke with an Iams representative at their 800 number off the bag and expressed my annoyance at the product containing corn at all. I do supplement my cats· diet with tuna and salmon occasionally, Spike and Toby have always thrived with Iams Senior Plus dry cat food.
