Answer:	The base is truly 19" but there are two 'perches' on top (see picture) and the outer edges of these two is approx 23" but if you don't install one of the two perches you CAN keep the overall width to 19"-hope this helps. It is easy to NOT install one of the perches.

Answer:	The poles were a big disappointment to me. Judging by the name that says sisal poles, one would think that it has just that. The 2 lower poles are covered in carpet and the top pole has their paper rope. The only thing close to sisal is the rope hanging down that has no appeal to my playful cats. It says it supports 10lb cat but if you read further you’ll see 10lb kitten or small cat. My 9lb 2yr doesn’t fit on the carpet round part and my compact older cat around 8lbs has no interest in it. This is impossible to return and my cats have zero use for cat scratch “sisal poles” not sisal and something that doesn’t fit them.

Answer:	14 x 14 x 11H. Opening is 10 x 10, although perhaps just a shade more because it’s a cloth opening. Posts are on either side behind the cloth, you may get 11 across between the posts

Answer:	The top perch is 23.5 long (side to side) and 18.5 wide (front to back). Plenty of space for more than one cat to snuggle or a very large cat to sleep comfortably!
