Question:	Why are they so loud when I first turn them on? I cannot wear them
Answer:	Volume is probably too high spin the top button downward at ( 0 ) they are off. The (1) is the next level up. However if your ears are anything like mine that loudness tells you just how bad of hearing loss you have. I swear I can hear certain folks all the way down my street. Even on the lowest setting I can hear my neighbors talking smack/ trash about me.

Question:	How do you switch the four channels from one setting to anoither. The description says four channels
Answer:	Insert the screwdriver (that comes w/the ear piece) in the bottom center of the pop-up hinged door. The AFT circuit is a set screw marked NH (Normal - High). With the set screw in the 7:00 position the emphasis is on the lower end of the high frequencies. By turning the set screw to the right (clockwise) you are changing the emphasis to high frequencies, with the maximum setting at the 5:00 position. To find the best setting for you, turn the set screw to the desired reception. Different conditions and environments may need different settings.
Question:	I want to buy these for my mom but she wants to know will it interfer with her eye glasses? She thinks it will be uncomfortable
Answer:	These hearing devices are very compatible with eyeglasses. I am 81 years old, have worn glasses about 40 years and the Walker's devices for 6 months and sometimes forget that I have the hearing devices in place.
