Question:	My home's walls are sheetrock drywall on 2x4 wood beams. Your information states not to hang it on drywall. It seems this is not okay for many homes
Answer:	The screw anchors that came with it are inadequate for sheet rock. I corresponded with the sellers and gave them suggestions for improved wall anchors. If they have not upgraded the anchors, go to any hardware store and get either molly bolts, wing type anchors or self starting screw anchors - in the right size screw to hold the steps.
Question:	I would want one right to left are you going to offer one soon? Also one that is long say 6 steps

Question:	Would this work in an apartment
Answer:	It is recommended to install in Concrete, Natural Dense Stone, Natural Dense Stone, Solid sand-lime Brick, Lightweight Concrete, Concrete Block. The expansion screws that comes included is not designed for drywall installation. If you need to mount into drywall please use special expansion screws which are designed for drywall. Answer:	Yes, it would. We use it for our rat terrier. Our current one is around 13#, and before her we had another that was about 18# that used one. They love it too since they can see out, and the sun hits it for warmth in the winter.

Answer:	You can turn the bed but I live in a cold climate and like the bolster to be against the cold window. I don't know if there would be anymore support for large cat.

Answer:	It lasted a couple months for my kitty (12lbs) before the Velcro came free from the sill. Our window sill is wood, so that may have played a part. I am considering stinger/wider Velcro before giving up. My cat absolutely loves it, and had a soft landing when it fell (3 times before I stopped trying).
Question:	Does this need a window sill to work? My window sill is practically nonexistent (1 inch or 2 inch
Answer:	The minimum depth you need is 3 1/2 inches. That is the depth of my window sills and it just barely worked. If my sills were any shallower the brackets would not make contact with the wall below the window, reducing the perch's stability.

Question:	Why does the condo have 4 holes if it comes only with two compatible screws
Answer:	The two outer holes are for 16-inch studs, while the two inner holes are for 12-inch studs (less common)

Answer:	I don't know. My Nayla is only 8.5 pounds. It's mounted in studs so there has been no issues.

Answer:	My wall studs are 16". And you'll want to use your own screws, the ones that came with it sheered off while my cat was sleeping in the cubby.

Answer:	The screws should go into a stud behind the wall. If you want to place the shelves but the studs are not in the right place, you need to get wall anchors. The shelves will not stay up if they are just screwed into the wall alone.

Answer:	It comes with everything indicated. The issue for me was that I'm only 5'3", so if you follow the instructions as printed and begin with trying to assemble the sizzle rods together as you're trying to hang this on the wall it isn't feasible. You really need a 2nd person. First assemble the entire unit, and then while one of you holds it in place, the other person can mark where you need to install the screws & anchors.

Answer:	Hi, this is a very good question of how to build a cat wall, because we need to have more than that. This tree house is design as a part of the wall. Therefore, from our demo picture, we put it on our Multivel so that we can have more shelves up or down to make the cat path possible. We can also set it as a destination of the path but pls set up the steps or shelves to make the path smooth. You are very detailed to find out that this can't be use singly as an isolated island.

The most popular rolling material for cat trees is sisal, jute and carpet. Immediately we take carpet away from our wall mounted series because of the durability and practicability.

We do spend much time in making a decision between sisal and jute because they are both good material for scratching. Especially sisal, with the natural smell which is attractive to cats. However, we found something later in our product testing room. Cats who just have the nail clipped or polished will have a higher percentage of failure to climb up the sisal post.

Compare with two kind of materials, we find jute is softer than sisal which can allow cats to scratch in easily. For climbing, especially with distance from ground, safety comes first. We don't want to see any injury or loss of step accident for our cat users. This fact leads us to select jute for the wall mounted series and in order to enhance the durability, we choose the thickness of 1/5 inch jute to make a strong rolling and smooth surface.
