Answer:	There are 10 marble balls included. This marble run model kits has everything you need to put it together. All you need is patience and concentration.

Answer:	I have not done this particular model, but in the past I have thrown away parts of the board thinking that all the pieces have been extracted. Low and behold what I threw in the trash had a critical small part contained in the cutout. You may have done this also. My advice to you in the future is to have a designated trash bag devoted to the model kit that you do not empty until kit is completed. This is what I have done and let me tell you, just this week I picked a part out of the trash that I looked high and low for. Good luck and perhaps you will find that part.

Answer:	There are similar marble games by "Marbleocity" that you can purchase a motor with. It runs on 2 AA batteries. I think it was about $15 for the motor. Well worth the money because it keeps it moving at a consistent speed and the marbles don't come off the track as often. I am thinking of buying this one from ROKR and see if I can modify it to work with a Marbleocity motor. Try the Marbleocity one first the have 2 large and 2 small and you can hook them together. The instructions a clear also. I think an 11 year old could build the Marbleocity game.

Answer:	GLUED? NO! But you can use a backing on the back side to keep the puzzle. I have successfully used (meaning long term, no sagging, pulling apart... both good strong duct tape and Puzzle Presto or other adhesive backing puzzle backing product. NEVER USE GLUE, it makes a huge mess and can both affect the backing pieces, sneak through the pieces and show up on front AND some cause them to disintegrate...NOT what you want after all that work!

Answer:	This is for ages 12 to adult. Under 12 years old will need parental assistance.

Answer:	This is a great smaller puzzle. But it is NOT a flat puzzle, its a 3D puzzle which means it is built UP as well as out. Any child, working with a puzzle loving adult, will learn to love 3D puzzles and never look back to flat puzzles again! I am gearing up next to do one of the 3D’s based on Real Castles in the world! Wonderful artwork to display, especially for teachers in class... Just be patient and use the artwork on the box for guidance, there are also paper directions, line art, but many who don’t know 3D find them difficult to understand. Patience...for 3D or ANY puzzle is necessary AND SO WORTH THE WORK! Your eight year old will likely need your assistance but if he does puzzles he’ll catch on fast. This puzzle has become VERY affordable recently, I had the First Version, one of the few made..and Diagon Alley had No Roof! and it was quite expensive. It was a bit of a challenge to build: until the light shined on “OH! The puzzle is built in ALL Directions! UP, Down, Right and left. Its not a “high number count puzzle” like the Astronomy Tower I am now working on....so it is a perfect 3D starter puzzle.. also, you get good directions (line drawings, not words) AND the cover on the box and sides show exaxtly what goes where....These puzzles are beautiful to display when completed. Remember: “swish & flick” in ALL directions... no flat bellied puzzles here. HINT for finishing: after your puzzle is built, line the inside (the back of the puzzle pieces) with Puzzle Saver or Puzzle Presto..otherwise over time it can wiggle and stretch and not remain whole.. but I use these two products (whichever costs less at the time) to hold in place all the puzzle pieces so they LAST... without it they are vulnerable to pushes, falling apart if dropped, kids touching, even...heaven forbid...someone picking the puzzle up! Just remember, diagon alley is shaped sort of like a diagonal piece of birthday cake from a Round Cake, cut perfectly! and you will have a great time with it. Answer:	Wrebbit puzzles are sturdy enough that they do not need to be glued. But if you need to move you puzzle around a lot and want to preserve it, you can hot glue your puzzle from under. You do not want to put hot glue on the paper on top of the puzzle. The glue must be put only on the foam for better result.

Answer:	Mine worked fine. The building of the globe was entertaining, and no problems were encountered.
Question:	How does the puzzle not collapse under its own weight
Answer:	The puzzle pieces are an extremely lightweight plastic. They click together on a curve. Very cool looking when complete!

Question:	I recieved mine but the great Hall was missing one piece. I don't want a refund for the entire thing, how do i get a new great Hall
Answer:	I just saw this now, so too late to help you, but one quick way to save a puzzle missing only one or two pieces, is to look for a very similar piece that fits the same spot, and then scan and print the image on a color copier and mount it to the same thickness of cardboard or foam board. You will probably be the only one who will ever notice it is not the original piece.
Question:	Once completed, can this be somehow made 'permanent'? Like with some kind of glue? And will it be nice, safe and stable to display? Thanks
Answer:	Your answer is YES! BUT! It takes a lot of work to do this and you need to use the right supplies to make sure you are not interfering with the backing of the tiles...some elements cause them to warp or shrink. I have used duct tape, the thick silver kind most successfully, others did not work long term and/or were hard to apply to the back of tiles. Most recently “Puzzle Saver”, a strong paper front attached to a very good adhesive designed for things like this saved my Astronomy Tower. I figured out how to work with it on the smaller HP puzzles: Diagon Alley first and then Hogwarts. It takes patience but that is true about EVERYTHING about HP Puzzles AND IT IS WORTH THE SWEAT & LABOR. Patience & attention to detail will win the day. So many people have begged to buy my finished HP 3D Puzzles I rarely show them now. I Highly recommend placing them out of reach. Several Puzzlers I know built see-thru plastic or glass “boxes (like a fish tank) to make them untouchable. I placed some of ours in a glass cabinet bought for that purpose. ITS WORTH THE WORK! The puzzle, when properly “backed or hardened” AND APPLIED TO A HARD, FIRM FOUNDATION can last forever when not allowed to be pawed by pets or kids or friendly unknowing adults.
