Answer:	Depends on how large, and bird's weight. I have one for my 288gm Pionus, and no problem. My guess OK for a Grey, but no larger. Even so, I put some leaded weights glued to the corners, but you could glue the whole base to a larger (Lexan?) plate for greater stability. It's a nice product for birds to climb up & view the world from. Good luck.

Took them a few days to get used to it. Make sure you try covering the perch with some plastic tubing or your bird will chew it up. I used a shower rod plastic cover, cut it down to size slit it lengthwise and slipped it on.Tape the seam and make sure it is on the under side of perch. So far has worked for me and I've had these feeders for over a year.

Answer:	The bottom is divided the back is where food typically goes and the front where the bird enters is where the left over food goes after shelled with my finches. Maybe can used as bath.

Answer:	I have a cockatiel and he eats every ladder I buy him. I ordered this one because of the size and strength of it. I have had this one for over a month now and so for he hasn't destroyed it. I really don't think they eat it. They just like to have something to pick at. I think if falls into the cage into small pieces and gets mixed up with the cage floor bedding. I really Love this ladder for my bird. If you see a step being ate or prickly just remove it if you are afraid it will hurt him. I don't think any ladder could hurt my bird. He eats everything. Answer:	I purchased two similar feeders. One with a wooden perch and one with an acrylic perch. Both work great but the acrylic perch is easier to clean. The parakeets don't seem to care which one they use. I certainly wouldn't put the wooden perch in the dishwasher. Hand washing is easy.

Answer:	The same way You filled it the first time! It does not come filled. I use a small cup and pour it in then for cleaning the thing Make sure you hold onto the metal things that hold it onto the cage or they will fall out and you could lose them. Wash the whole thing dry it and put in new food I love this feeder it really keeps the mess in.
Question:	Can this be mounted inside a cage
Answer:	I have the same hook problem. Right now I am using a hairpin. Agree that a paperclip would work. My final solution will be to run a piece of wire all the way through and then bend new hooks on each end. That way it will never come out again. I just moved so my wire is buried in boxes! Otherwise this product seem to be working well for my parakeets and lessening the mess.

Answer:	Some of the seeds are quite small: however, this Deck bird seed works for me because it contains no hulls, like sunflower seeds, and condo neighbors' complaints about daily mess from my feeder have been silenced!
