Answer:	Entry is a very easy product to apply. Entry is ready to use and does not require any mixing. Any 1-2 gallon pump or battery powered sprayer can apply Entry. The only requirement is that the nozzle on the spray wand is set to a fan spray.

Answer:	Great question. Entry can be applied up to 6 hours prior to the storm. As a pre-treat, Entry can prevent up to 1/2 inch of snow from accumulating but it's "wow" factor is achieved as a shovel/spray product.

Answer:	Thank you for your question. Entry can be used as a pre-treat prior to a snow event. If ice is expected, you are better off using a granular product as a pre-treat. If a snow storm is on the way, Entry can be applied to your high traffic areas and entrances up-to 6 hours before the snow begins. Entry will prevent up-to 1/2 inch from accumulating. It will also make the removal of snow easier as Entry will prevent the snow from bonding to the surface but Entry is best used as a shovel/spray product. Question:	Can it be used on wood
Answer:	In many ways. First Paw thaw is pellet that is made from rock salt, which will cut paws, dry them out, and very painful for the animal in general. It is also quite toxic in small amounts. PlaySAFE is a liquid that can be used as a pretreatment to keep ice from bonding, or as an ice melt. Made CMA and potassium acetate there is no anti-icer or de-icer that is safer for pets. Question:	How does this compare to Paw Thaw
Answer:	Yes this is a one time application per snowfall. Because PlaySAFE does not contain corrosive chlorides you can safely apply our Ice Blocker up to 48 hours before snowfall. The only exception would be when a winter event begins as rain / freezing rain, or sleet -- in those circumstances the non-stick coating would likely wash away.
Question:	Is this a one time application? Do I have to reapply often
Answer:	Not really and it's not marketed for that. It keeps ice from forming on a surface such as concrete or wood. The snow that is near the surface then becomes slushy . So, you are removing slushy snow rather than dealing with a thick ice layer. I live near Albany, N.Y. and so far our coldest night as of Dec. 1st has been 9 below. I spray it on our wooden steps after snow has been cleared off 1-2 x day as needed . So far we have not had to worry about slipping like we constantly do. A very nice change and I' m impressed so far. The only negative I have seen so far is that it is slightly tacky feeling if you drag it in on your shoes onto your hard surface floors. I remedied that by putting a rug inside house by our doors

Answer:	Sorry, I have never used on composite material. I have used on regular wood deck, concrete, brick and slate. No damage on these materials OR my dog’s paws.

Answer:	Yes. We've used it for 3 years with no issues for our 4 dogs and deck. Good stuff!

Overapplication may lead to a reddish residue being left on the concrete. Don’t worry, this residue will actually act as a time-release formula that can help decrease re-icing for up to three days. If you’d like to remove the residue, simply spray the area with water. Occasionally residual can be tracked indoors on your shoes, but Ice Slicer will not stain flooring. Answer:	Yes you can. The magnesium chloride in Pet Safe Ice Melt will not harm the aluminum.

Answer:	Apply at the beginning of a snowstorm, if possible. Spread pellets evenly over desired areas. Pellets can be applied easily with spreader equipment. You can walk on it immediately but it's a good idea to allow it to work for a while if possible.
