Answer:	From what i know, it puts out a cool mist. You put water up to the fill line, add the oil and turn it on. The problem i had with this product is that after about 3 months of use, the cover would be very difficult to remove even after cleaning. Once you have made sure these parts are present and in place the device will function as required if the step by step instructions are clearly followed. The Correct use of Turboforte™ involves 2 stages: Stage 1 - Mucus Loosening and Mobilization Stage. Stage 2 - Cough and Mucus Elimination Stage . Answer:	I'm very happy with the company's quick, polite and professional response to inquiry. I've not had any bad effects from it, and it wouldn't be fair for me to compare it to Mucinex or another brand at this time of the year - spring allergies are variable and very different than bronchitis in the winter. THAT will be when I could do a more telling comparison. But it has helped, not hurt, and not upset my stomach at all - a real plus. There is another Mucinex knock-off I was given some years back (brick and mortar - their brand) and I felt incredibly nauseous, ill and shaky - increasingly so as I continued it (having never had that response to Mucinex, I wasn't attributing it to the pills). I finally was so far beyond ill, I looked at it sideways..... then read the ingredients. They got a seriously HOT call from me later - the first ingredient (and these were BIG 1200 mg. tablets) was COMPRESSED SUGAR! No wonder I felt so ill. I RAVED at them that they needed to put a warning on the front - that this could bring on diabetic comas etc. (I'm not diabetic, but processed sugar and I don't get along at all). I didn't run into that at all with this - and it has helped a bit with spring allergies (hey, a bit is a LOT under the circumstances). I'd advise you to try them - the company also instills confidence with their almost immediate response time to inquiries. They may be launching batch stock availability (larger quantity/smaller price per) per customer request. I hope they do, and it's nice to hear back quickly - but more importantly, that my letter was read CONSCIOUSLY - each point addressed, and they didn't gibber gabber about unrelated details, nor push product. Very impressed with the customer service response. I hope they work for you. (I'm not an OTC fan, but guaifenesin is an exception - it's useful, helpful and not harmful. When you're looking for alternatives to the name brand, I think it's sometimes more important to check the fillers/inactive ingredients. Healthwise it definitely is.) I think you'll be more than satisfied with them.

Answer:	It says 100% Natural ACTIVE INGREDIENTS. The base is petrolatum. Yeah, misleading, like so many products. (Of course some folks will think it's all natural just because of the green packaging.)
Question:	does this help with coldsores
Answer:	Many years ago I read an article that stated Vaseline has the same pH as our skin. The article suggested that Vaseline would soothe many skin irritants, so I tried it on my cold sore. The cold sore went away in less than two days. I've passed on this info to many people but only a few tried it and those few people have thanked me many times over the years because they don't get cold sores any more. There are three things to remember to do: 1. Began applying as soon as you feel a cold sore coming on. 2. Only use the Vaseline product that is in the "tub" and not in a tube, etc. That product has more petroleum jelly which neutralizes the acid that causes the cold sores. 3. Apply the Vaseline all day, every time you think about it. You can even apply it inside your mouth, such as the inside of your lip. Personally, I get cold sores when I eat too much acidic foods (tomatoes, pickles, etc) or I am very stressed out (when my dad died, when family trauma occurs, etc), or don't drink enough water and my mouth dries out. I hope this info helps.
