Answer:	You can lay it out flat all the way open. Then You lay on the right side of blanket then it comes over you and closes with Velcro. It is very strong Velcro and works really great. I will close it with Velcro on bottom and half way up then slip into it. You can do it which ever way is easiest for you. I went to a tanning salon and used their infrared blanket and it worked good but it was very uncomfortable and not very convenient. I saw this on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I have had it over a year and I love it. Much better to have your own in your home so if you need to use the bathroom you can without worrying about the time will be wasted and you do not get what you paid for. Answer:	You don't, you will sweat a lot. I purchased the plastic bags to lay in so I don't ruin my Sauna blanket.

Answer:	The one I have goes up to 75 Celsius (equivalent to 167 Fahrenheit) and the maximum time setting is at 60 minutes. I have mine on top of a bed which sometimes I fall asleep on/in it and it will shut itself off after 60 minutes. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I don’t recall receiving instructions or maybe I did, but just relied on what I had viewed online?? Here’s what I recall doing: After opening up the tent, I slid the bottom board vertically to keep the tent from closing up on me. (I’m not sure it fits horizontally) I then opened and placed the chair in the tent and then placed the footpad in front of the chair. The remote is basically power on, press up 1-6 for heat level. 6 being the warmest. The timer is maxed at 40 minutes. There’s a handy pocket in the front of the tent to hold the remote so the temperature can be adjusted. The small zips allow for your hands to be free to do this. I place a towel (or two) over the chair as it isn’t super comfortable, additionally it keeps the chair clean. I hope this helps.
