Answer:	I think he/she is asking what are the dimensions and weight of the box that the cover is shipped in. I would also like to know the answer.

Answer:	It will be safe for at least a year. I have had the cover for exactly 13 months and the cover is starting to fall apart and is leaving small blue bubble debris in my pool. If you have fish in the pond, I would be concerned that the debris could harm the fish if they tried to eat it.

Answer:	They claim there is but when we had an issue with all of the bubbles falling off and clogging our filter leading a brand new pump to burn out they claimed the bubbles separating from the cover isn’t under warranty! We had the cover 10 months and our pool pump was just about a year old...we had put in a new pool. DO NOT BUY THIS COVER

Answer:	Hands down clear is the better cover for solar gain. Yhe Department of Energy say the following. Answer:	I don't flat out see any listed expiration date on the box but there is a number stamped in black ink on one end of the box 130628that could be an exp date of 6-28-13 but I am not sure. that being said I only buy these one at a time and have never got a bad one yet. I just wait until the printer says it is low then I order one. it comes long before I actually run out. I have went several weeks sometimes before I actually need to change it.

Question:	Does the 20 x 40 solar blanket come with ties
Answer:	No, but I'm not certain how you would use ties. We've used solar blankets for almost 30 years but never any ties.
Question:	how much will it raise the temperature of a 16 x
Answer:	Noticeably different I'd say doing it consistently for 5 days or so has raised it at least 10 degrees. I roll it up in the morning and cover it at night. Even at current weather (upper 70's in So Cal), I put the blanket on for couple days during evening time, temperature increased. If you want warmer pool without installing a heater, definitely get it. Just remember to uncover during the day (or at least during time when the filter is running) and cover it before sun down.
Question:	can you cut this pool cover to fit or does it have to stay the length that it comes
Answer:	Yes it can be trimmed to fit your pool. However, you will probably need to replace it within two years because it WILL fall apart and the company does not stand behind the warranty.

While I do not see it lasting 8 years as advertised, I feel it should be fine for 2-3 years based on previous experience with other covers like this one.
