Answer:	I am not at my residence right now. However if is made for normal household Items. I keep my pressure washer in it , but wouldn't put real heavy items in it. It is fairly light weight. It does it's job for what it is designed for. If I new the size and weight of the generator you are talking about I could be more helpful.

Answer:	You can fit a lot more than 250. I Purchased a 200 round box and simply stuck it in the ammo can. There's plenty of room to spare. I would expect this to hold double that amount, if not more. I haven't tested it but keep in mind I simply bought a 200 round box and stuck it in the ammo can. Loose ammo stacked in rows should fit many more rounds than in a box. Hope this helps!

Answer:	It will hold an12v battery, but not the big ones that are in the cars and trucks. Maybe a smaller one for a game camera but you can get different size batteries to fit your needs.

Answer:	Even if you did secure it, a few hammer blows would knock it apart and cause the tiny assembly screws to strip until it came open at the seams. This is more about privacy than security and only from household members who aren't going to get medieval with it to get inside. I bought mine to ensure kids don't leave my kitchen tools and chef's knives out for my 100# dog to snatch off the counters and use as another chew toy - they just don't get putting stuff away when you use it, so they won't be using it.

Answer:	Not possible to stack if you want to pen bottom unit and given curvature of top panel it wouldn't sit square on top of bottom unit.

Answer:	Not aware that there are vent openings. It's a snap together assembly process with pros and cons. The lid is not airtight either. If you need an industrial grade, hurricane proof product, this not it, and you need to look elsewhere. However ours has withstood driving rain, about 20 kts of wind, and kept low-value seat cushions and towels dry. So for us, this is on-spec.

Answer:	Hi KevThe diagonal dimension is 20 1/4 inches. If you have a take down Winchester 1897 with a shorter barrel, it might fit. An AR pistol might fit.
