Answer:	Yes, it will work; however, I bought a Harbor Freight 8" 5-speed drill press and it was far too under powered to drill even a 1/4 inch hole in a pine board. I sold it for 10 dollars and then bought a bigger Wen press. I would never encourage anyone to buy the Harbor Freight 5-speed press.

Answer:	Spider has the answer. This, or any vise, will fit any drill press table if you simply mount it to a larger piece of wood, aluminum or steel plate. There are simply way way too many table bolt patterns out there.
Question:	What is the length and width of the base of the 4-inch vice. Thanks
Answer:	I have the 3" vice and it is 5.9" long by 5.3" wide. The center of the slots on one side to the center of the slots on the other side measures 4.3" across. There are two slots on each side, and the overall length of two slots end-to-end on each side is 5". The width of each slot is roughly 0.4". The measurements for the slots were important in my situation because I use the slots to attach the vice to the base of my small bench top drill press. The base of the drill press has holes that align nicely with the 3" vice. Hope this is useful.

Question:	Can you use a sander instead of a stainless steel who'll scrub to remove gray areas on teak wood easier and faster without damaging it
Answer:	I've never been able to get dark stains out of wood with a sander or steel wool. I had better luck treating the stain with clorox or, if the stain is caused by organic material, I use hydrogen peroxide, let the spot dry and then sand. The clorox bleaches the wood, and the hydrogen peroxide reacts with organics to lift the stain. But if the hydrogen peroxide doesn't fizz on the stain, it is not working. If the stain is fairly light, the sander will take it out quicker than steel wool. A lot depends on how deep into the wood the stain is.
Question:	Does this use the same sandpaper sheets at the Black and Decker mouse sander? or is it a different size format
Answer:	No the sandpapers for black and decker will be a tad smaller than the ones for this sander. you can try the generic sandpapers sold here on amazon, or wen also sells their replacement sandpapers. i bought mine from the fugen brand here, it's way cheaper with the exact same hole position and last just as long as the wen brand.

Answer:	I bought replacement sandpapers for my wen sander from the brand fugen here on amazon and they fit perfectly. they even have the holes line up so the vacuum works

Question:	How does this drill fence mount to the wren drill press table
Answer:	It does, but there is a big "BUT". The table mounts to the drill press table via two clamps that attach to the bottom. Unfortunately, this clamping mechanism is not very stable. It easily comes loose. In my case, I purchase 4 screw fasteners, moved the attachment point to match the slots on the drill press table and then attached the table to the drill press table. Now it is rock solid. The fence is good quality, but with a 12 " drill press the mounting was problematic. Once I made the modifications, all is good!
Question:	Why are these q&as all about a drill press when the item advertised is a drill press table
Answer:	Many drill press manufactures make specific tables to fit their drill press pad. some have many different slots for different types of bolting fixtures for the drill press. Different fixtures are only compatible with specific drill press tables. It is important to see the bolting selections to match your drill press.
Question:	How far isback of table to center of hole on table
Answer:	The rear edge of the table is 4 inches from the center of the hole. With the fence in place, the hole center is 3 inches from the fence, if aligned at the edge of the table. The hole is also 12 inches from the table side edges.

Answer:	i think the varied answers come from questions getting sent to people who have purchased different sizes. I noticed some of the reviews are also for other models. This item, the WEN 4208 has an 8-inch swing. So, you can drill the center of an 8- inch diameter object, or about 4- inches from drill center to body. The WEN 4210 & the WEN 4212 have 10- inch swings. Anyone trying to drill the center of a 9- inch wheel would need one of these models. This 4208 is a Great drill for the money. i like that the head can be swung over the edge of a work bench, which allows for drilling into long stock. Like into the bottom center of a 36" post. The beveling work table is another great feature & one i did not have on the press this will replace. If you have the space, consider the WEN 4214 with 12-Inch swing. it is still small enough to be bench top, but you can drill the center of 12- inch/ bowls & table tops.

Answer:	The chuck tightens like the Grizzly and Penn state chucks as well as some of the older nova chucks. The back ring turns like a big chuck key and is tightened with torsion bars (orange handled bars seen in picture) inserted into the holes positioned around the chuck body and back ring
