I've caught everything from mosquitoes, moths, biting flies, etc. Bees are not attracted to it, normally, but I have captured a carpenter bee, once. These small units are okay for indoor use, or for screened porches.

If you are one of those people who left good review, supposedly they are supposed to give you 2 years warranty. They are based out of china so I am not sure how true that is but try your luck and email them and they will respond to you over night. And you have to realize each communication takes 2 days since you are in different time zone. They will also ignore your email at times. So good luck. How I know this? I went through this BS with this dishonest seller. So, I tried Katchy brand. They are from China too but their customer service is very responsive

I did not rinse out the tray, but I did add additional drops of the liquid borax both are on and around the area that the ants make their path. Sometimes the ants did not want to climb on the tray so I put some drops around the tray and the ants seem to eat far more from these areas. It’s all about getting the ants to carry the largest amount of the Borax back to the ant nest so it will kill the Queen Ant and larva. After 5-10 Days you will think it is not working, but by 15 Days I noticed drastically less ants. It’s been 4 weeks now and NO ants at all. Of course very strict cleaning of all food surfaces must be maintained because the ants sense of smell is simply unbelievably good. I really hope it works for you. Tim.

Question:	Is it a good trap? These gnats are very irritating
Answer:	It works. It takes a while, and I had to put several out. I finally had success when I eliminated anything with water sitting out, put about 5 of these out in high gnat traffic areas, and one small dish of water with cooking oil on top and traps around it. They went to the water and either got stuck because of the oil or got stuck on a trap. It took about five days to get them all under control, so be patient.

Answer:	I used one of the replacement glue pads as a template on basic yellow sticky traps. Two discs can be cut from one sheet, and has the advantage of being double sided. Seemed to work just as well. MUCH less expensive and more readily available than the Katchy glue boards. Please understand that my problem was with fungus gnats. If you problem is with some other type of insect, your milage may vary.
