Answer:	I'm glad you love the Stress Relief oil so much that you would like to diffuse its aroma. This particular formula is intended for use as a roll on. Along with the essential oils, it contains fractionated coconut oil that is there to protect your skin from the harshness of contact with straight essential oils. Many people, new to essential oils, don't realize that, for the most part, you should not use essential oils directly on the skin without the protective carrier oils being there to avoid possible skin damage, burning sensations or irritation. As a matter of fact, due to customer demand for diffusing our formulas, as expressed by your question, we are currently in the beta-test phase of developing a Stress Relief formula (and other formulas) specifically made for diffusing. So back to your original question, can you use Stress Relief in a diffuser? Well, it depends. The answer is yes if your diffuser atomizes essential oils using an ultrasonic vibration action rather than heat. With ultrasonic vibration, the lighter, more volitile essential oils diffuse into the air while the heavier less volatile fractionated oils remain in the water of the diffuser. You would have to clean the water and diffuser more often. It's not ideal, but it will work. Diffusers that heat the whole mixture in order to atomize the particles into the air would not work well with the roll-on formula.

Answer:	Stress Relief is aimed at relaxing you in stressful situations of overwork, being under pressure to perform. For example, the Sweet Orange component is uplifting, others in it are there for relaxing. Compare that to No Worries which is more helpful situations of worry and anxiety. As an example, the Patchouli in it helps to ground you with warmth and comfort. The components are very different and so are the aromas. In a word, relaxing vs. warming. I hope that helps.

Answer:	Yes you can. The formula is ready-to-drink right from the package and tastes like an orange Creamsicle but for picky eaters or just to change things up you can mix it with food. Some parents use yogurt or milk. If you add some bananas or strawberries and blend it all together you have a brain-healthy smoothie. The formula pairs well with most food and we suggest NOT taking it on an empty stomach because it is concentrated. Our founder really likes it with dark chocolate and will take a bite of chocolate, then a drink of the formula.
