Answer:	There is a small internal device that acts as a starter to make the bulbs light up. It sounds like that starter has gone bad. Contact Flowtron and send them the unit for repair.

Answer:	I've been using mine indoors for years because I don't really care about the bugs outside... I don't want them in my house. This model whacks bugs day and night. it doesn't stink... the hum is loud. Death to the flying insect.

Answer:	the UV light attracts a ton of bugs at night but day time not so much. The Octenol makes the thing a bug killing fiend but in day time it is lack luster and probably a waste. Every morning it is 100% covered and clogged from mosquitoes and i have to use my data vac to clean it off. I use the 1 acre and 1.5 acre one and both are 100% covered by morning but during the day they hardly kill anything. They work at night well even without the Octenol but it definitely helps to have it. I have terrible mosquitoes here and mine only kills a few so if you are not flooded with them it probably won't do much for you during the day. I have to go outside with bug spray at noon to keep the mosquitoes off -_-

Answer:	You can put the soil in it. However, there is a hole it the center for draining that you will need to use a rock or something to allow draining but not loose the soil.

Answer:	I have used for 4 months now with daily plant watering with no rust. Generally the word galvanized means it will not rush. I have a wooden one also and at some point the wood may rot. This is very reasonable in price and easy to assemble. The price of wood at this point has also skyrocketed. Once you buy the metal connectors at the corners and transport cost savings will be minimal for a wooden planter

Answer:	The whole point of galvanizing is to prevent rust. I don’t know whether the film would prolong the rust prevention or not. It might, if torn by digging etc, trap moisture against the metal and cause it to rust sooner. Don’t know. Also, who knows what kind of chemicals are in the plastic film which might leach into any food products grown in the bed...

Answer:	All of the beds are 46” wide. The base is 46” long. The second level is 35” long and the top level is 19” long.

Answer:	The metal shelf is for stability. You have to drop it into the pegs on the legs. It's very easy to assemble. I did it by myself.

Answer:	I have mine inside a sconce that is open at the bottom. It does very well. As long as it is open enough around the bulb for bugs to get in, it will work. The only thing you have to keep in mind is the bigs will still accumulate and swarm around the outside of the glass if they never venture to the bottom to go inside to the light source. Over all, though, I love this bulb! And....the quality of the LED light is fantastic!

Answer:	In one bed imagining it the face of a clock, I planted 2 Cherry Tomato Plants (at 9:00 & 3:00), 4 cucumber plants (along edge with a trellis to climb up and out of bed from 11:00 to 1:00), 4 pepper plants along the edge (at 4:00, 5:00, 6:10, 8:00), 2 hills of parsley between 9-10:00 and 2-3:00, in toward the middle), 2 basil plants (between tomato plants-they make the tomatoes sooooooo sweet!), oregano plant at 6:00 but in about 7 inches, and some white icicle radishes along the edge to the cucumbers to help with bugs). Everything grew wonderfully, abundantly, and seemed to find the space adequately. I fertilized only once during the summer as I started the bed out with fresh soil & compost, but will have to add more compost and fertilizer this year, and/or plant some green & yellow beans to restore the nitrogen levels to the soil.the other circular bed I planted 4 hills of yellow squash, each having 3 seed per hill, and some green beans & radish plants among the hills to deter the bugs. There was plenty of room. I wrapped a plastic fence around the bed that came up about knee to mid thigh level, and encouraged the squash to grow up and out. It produced abundantly.

How to Get a Better Using Experience?

1) We recommend placing the mosquitoes zapper at a height of 20 to 100 cm to ensure that the UV light covers the entire room in the room.
