Answer:	The coating on the chairs are like a heavy plastic. I do not believe they would scratch wooden floors. I have a cheap vinyl on my floors and I have had no problem.

Answer:	Here's the easiest way.... The back of the seat snaps into place to make it secure. You hear the click when you fully open the chair. To close the chair you need to 'unlock' it. Step 1: Put your foot gently (not full weight) on the front bar under the front of the seat. Your goal is to provide gentle resistance so seat can unlock and chair can fold. Step 2: Fold the chair as you would any other folding chair (lifting front of the seat toward backrest). Your foot (which is gently holding the front 'legs' down) will allow the chair to unlock. Answer:	I replaced my umbrella with the Abba table umbrella after learning it was cheaper to buy a new one rather than try to find a replacement canopy.

Answer:	check to see if the axel the pulley rotates around is bent or if the pulley itself is worn so bad where the axel goes thru it that the pulley is cocked to one side causing the cord when it is taunt to ride off the side. Good luck!

Answer:	More than 7’ depending the stand. Also be prepare for a sturdy and heavy one. The pole it’s aluminum and very thin. it wouldn’t withstand winds more than 7-9 mph. I reinforced mine inserting a 24” PVC pipe (painted black) in he cast iron 26 pounds stand. The screw it’s tide now and even though looks sturdy. The umbrella tills with winds more than 12mph.

Answer:	Yes it fades a lot, but so reasonable in price. I just replaced a red one I purchased last year. Wind took it out. I got another red one. Las Vegas sun is brutal.
