User questions & answers

Question: how big is the 2lb ball... Could it be thrown back and forth w/ just one 10-14 year old-sized hand
Answer: I do not have the bottle any longer. I do not believe it contained glutamine acid. I have since ordered Life Extension Glycine through Amazon and it does not contain glutamine acid.
Question: How big is the 10 pound ball
Answer: the side view is from the old label with gelatin caps. the new product ( which is all we now ship ) is vegan.we have them ready for prompt shipment fromgrounds for tea
Question: I need a #4 ball for neck excercises. Will this ball be appropriate for this type of use
Answer: I take one each late afternoon, dinner, and bed time which helps me get a better nights sleep. I would imagine the length of calmness may depend somewhat on each person's hormone balance and metabolic factors.
Question: Is this a Gel Filled Ball
Answer: Yes and no. The only real way to boost GABA levels in the brain is with phenibut. Taking straight GABA never actually crosses past the blood brain barrier. Instead it increases three different human growth factors (don't remember off the top of my head).

User questions & answers

Question: Can this rack hold 100lb hex dumbells
Answer: It has a powder paint finish which chips when we throw it in the sand or place it on cement or asphalt. You will not scratch hardwood floors if you place it lightly on a carpet or yoga mat. We have our 35, 45, 50, and 60 pound bells on our MaximFit studio's hardwood floor.
Question: Are the dimensions 18L x 24W x 23.5 H
Answer: Hi Gaia,I have a 35-pounder, gripping it one-handed my hand measures 4" across, and I can hold it with both hands with my pinkies just BARELY overlapping my ring fingers. By "starting weight" I assume you want to start kettlebell training? Take note, however, that you still should use a kettlebell weight that is relative to your strength level. In (RKC certified kettlebell instructor) Dave Randolph's book "The Ultimate Kettlebell Workbook" p.13 it states: "Kettlebells weren't designed for two-handed use, so you shouldn't be able to get both hands with all fingers in the handle" (and I forgot where I read it, but just because you can't fit the fingers of both hands into the handle completely, it shouldn't dissuade you from having to use a smaller bell relative to your strength level). In the "customer images" I have a pic of me holding a 25-pounder and you can see how my pinkies overlap my ring fingers. As my strength has increased I've moved up to doing single-hand movements with the 35-pounder, and two-handed movements with two 25-pounders. 35lbs is a standard kettlebell weight for men (17lbs for women), but then again it all depends on your current fitness level. I erred on the side of caution when I first started out and got the 25-pounder. I had lifted weights my whole life, but transitioning to kettlebell training is an entirely different animal. So that said, I'd say opt for a lighter bell, train with it for awhile, then move up to a heavier bell. CAP is a great, affordable brand, and although the prices keep changing drastically here on Amazon, you might be able to get a great deal (a buck-per-pound or less, and I've gotten used bells in great condition).Hope this helps:)
Question: how much weight can this hold
Answer: It depends on what kind of exercises you plan on doing. Majority of the kettlebell exercises will use 1 bell. Best thing to do is get on YouTube and watch some kettlebell workout videos, then decide for yourself. You might want to start with one and make sure it's the right size first, you can always buy another one down the road.
Question: What are the inside measurements of the shelves
Answer: A little (lot) late, but in case others are wondering, they are cast on and "reinforced with steel for durability", according to the description. The reinforcement is likely done within the cast and completely unnoticeable to the user (likely a steel rod or something in the middle of the handle's cast, similar to rebar in concrete). No bolted or welded on handles, so nothing that can come undone.
