Question:	Would this work to attach to a dock for a boat
Answer:	It would attach to a dock easily. My only concern would be heavy winds. Other than that it would make a nice boat house or dock canopy in my opinion.

Answer:	A descent diesel heater will keep it almost too warm to work in all winter long. When you shut it off the heat won't last but we were out working in it in t-shirts when it was 20 degrees outside

Answer:	Well all though the tent was made well I bolted some of the poles together then I bolted it to my drive way we hade a bad storm come threw 60-to 70 mile hour winds and it got torn apart I hade it about 4 months I called the company about the issue and they sent me a new one they were very good about it. just make sure it is secure when putting it up were from long island and the winds can be pretty rough Good Luck the company does stand by there product. hope this helps.

Answer:	I am 6 feet tall and I can't reach the cross bar, the peak goes up from there

Answer:	I bought one in October 2019 had a storm just before COVID with high winds maybe 70+ mph, hubby anchored it down with the in ground anchored pieces and cable, the next morning five of the six cables where broke and the sixth was still attached to the in ground anchored piece but that was torn from the ground. The garage was wrapped around a tree and was not salvageable. My hubby usually uses ratchet straps at each corner wrapped around the upper pole to the anchor but we didn’t have any extras available and we recommend this be done. If he had done this we’d still have this garage. The tent material held up even wrapped around the tree, it had small holes but no tears.

Answer:	Not a hole lot i had 3 ft one night and my carport collapse be careful

Answer:	FR would be 'flame retardant'. If you're using this for certain commercial applications, a flame retardant treatment may be required by your local codes. For most casual applications, it's generally not required.
Question:	can you leave it up for a permanent structure? will it hold up to the wind
Answer:	NO. You CAN use it, year around and it will hold up IF you make regular changes (maybe every 3 years--less if heavy wind) to the canopy. Seems like I am always ordering a new tarp when the current one wears out from the sun, wind and rain.
Question:	Is the canopy cover included with $229.99? When I was checking out the cover was added when I had not asked for it separately

Answer:	this is not the item you seek, (hand wave).
Question:	How well does it hold up under snow
Answer:	It will hold up well under snow load when new. As the sun weakens the fabric, not no much. It is advisable to clear roof of shelter when covered with snow or it could melt a little during the day and then freeze at night into a solid piece and be very difficult to remove. If that happens, the next snowfall could overload it. To prevent sun damage, cover the shelter with an additional tarp or tarps. this will prevent UV damage and weakening of the original cover. Get a tarp long enough to sit on the ground when installed. Put sand tubes on the tarp, three to a side. That will keep your tarp in place and help hold down your shelter when it's windy. Anchoring properly is the best thing you can do to prevent wind damage. Use 30-36" long anchors on every leg to be safe. Replace the tarp when it becomes weakened by the sun(several years or more with a heavy duty tarp) and the original cover will remain intact and able to be tensioned properly and used for many years.

Answer:	We purchased this unit to house our golf cart and it does easley. My opinion would be that you may work under the hood if you pull the vehicle in part way, same as the rear. If the truck was a 4x4 it my not fit thru the opening of the roll up door

Answer:	You can purchase an extended warranty, I think 2 or 3 year. I purchased a extended warranty and never got the Cert. I bought a second one and did not waste my time or money. I love the unit and I think it will last. Had it for almost a year and at this point I would but another. I would not waste your money on a warranty that a third party can't seem to deliver.

Answer:	Actually....I live in Southern Oregon and we just had the worst blizzard since 1927! Then, two days later we had a whole night and half a day of 20 mph winds, now torrential rains for the past 2 days...it's still standing and nothing has come apart or gone out of shape! I'm really impressed!!

Question:	how hard is it to take off or put on the side panels
Answer:	Not terribly hard once you get the hang of it, just takes finger strength and arms above your head for a while.. They need to be very secure to withstand weather. My husband and I did it in nasty weather with wind flapping all around and we are 60 plus. This thing has been through some wild weather now and looks brand new. Very good frame and good value for the price.

Answer:	We had 40-50 mph winds, still standing! If the leg are anchored more permanently than the pegs supplied and the corners are tethered it can take the winds. The hook that holds the corner covers did rip, so we use bungees to hold in place.
